There were two recent returns. The first was an inferior quality to the product and clearly the description was wrong.
It was a duvet cover that was so sheer the comforter design showed right through. Should have indicated just how sheer it was. The photo did not indicate such. It cost me $16.00 to return a product that was clearly not my fault.
Today's return process was prolonged unnecessarily.
I tried to do it online, explaining that the dye lot might have been different from the accompanying rugs which would all be visible together, but the return process would not proceed until I sent a photo, which I do not know how to do on my computer. Hence, a phone call. The service rep was wonderful, handled it efficiently. If I did not have to return something with a photo, I would not have to have taken up a customer rep's and my time.
I also think your customer review label of pissed customer is ugly.
Cannot one address a concern without that label? Pissed anything is not being respectful of your customers, something that you request yourself when sending in a review.
I shall think twice before using your company again.
My order number is: 319332****. Your proof of purchase section will not allow me to put the order number in that box without dropping and dragging.

I ordered a barrel chair from wayfare on 12-24-23 with a delivery of 01-06 or09 of Jan. I am still waiting.
I have called several times I have chatted several times and all I ever get is the run around stating I will receive a email when it ships. I have been checking eve day and states it's in progress. I even tried to cancel it and it started I can't because it's in process of being shipped. It's been this way for 3 weeks now.
I can't believe how these people either have no clue or just don't give a *** But, you can bet your *** the took my money.
It's sad because I have ordered from them several times before and no issue. This will be my last time.

I had applied for a Wayfair credit card, but had never used it. Then later I get a phone call from Wayfair saying that fraud was suspected on my account and there were two Fraudulent charges.
Wayfair requested me about the charges and I told them I had never ordered anything from Wayfair and the fraudulent charges freaked me out since Im already under stress being a 24/7 Caregiver for my mother with Alzheimers . Then I got a letter from Wayfair months later, stating they close the investigation, and there was not enough evidence on my part so they find me responsible and that I have to pay these charges that I never made.
I was told by way there that they block these charges so now theyre telling me they didnt block them and now they want me to pay for it?
I refuse to pay for something that I had nothing to deal with is this their way how they treat their customers?
Its horrific that they treat their customers this way. I ended up closing my account so now theyre punishing me for closing my account..

These people HAVE NO INTENTION TO PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE as a reputable business would. After they take your money and leave you waiting for your stuff for months and months they act like they don't know you or don't need you anymore. Beth was nasty.
They obviously don't expect any return customers. Even Kelly Clarkson wouldn't bother with Wayfair if she weren't getting paid.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Our rep. Gave us 140.00 off the original purchase price, however still waiting on the original settlement to post on my cc

Drlivery issue
User's recommendation: Wayfair and this lift recliner are both great. FedEx on the other hand unprofessional and the driver is a liar.
