Product I received is damaged

. Everything was smashed. We had to re-mold a lot of pieces, which took a lot of time. I would never ordered us again. Once we have it up, everything is just scratched and still dented. Little disappointed note the customer service lady was really nice.

Product was different than described

There were two recent returns. The first was an inferior quality to the product and clearly the description was wrong.

It was a duvet cover that was so sheer the comforter design showed right through. Should have indicated just how sheer it was. The photo did not indicate such. It cost me $16.00 to return a product that was clearly not my fault.

Today's return process was prolonged unnecessarily.

I tried to do it online, explaining that the dye lot might have been different from the accompanying rugs which would all be visible together, but the return process would not proceed until I sent a photo, which I do not know how to do on my computer. Hence, a phone call. The service rep was wonderful, handled it efficiently. If I did not have to return something with a photo, I would not have to have taken up a customer rep's and my time.

I also think your customer review label of pissed customer is ugly.

Cannot one address a concern without that label? Pissed anything is not being respectful of your customers, something that you request yourself when sending in a review.

I shall think twice before using your company again.

Wayfair - Awful service!
Shipped the wrong bed size and left the customer to handle replacement and shipping conversation with the supplier directly. Wayfair did not take responsibility for sending the wrong bed size, they are only a platform for suppliers to come together to see their item. We were under the impression that we bought this from wayfair, but sadly no.

Still haven't received my chair

I ordered a barrel chair from wayfare on 12-24-23 with a delivery of 01-06 or09 of Jan. I am still waiting.

I have called several times I have chatted several times and all I ever get is the run around stating I will receive a email when it ships. I have been checking eve day and states it's in progress. I even tried to cancel it and it started I can't because it's in process of being shipped. It's been this way for 3 weeks now.

I can't believe how these people either have no clue or just don't give a *** But, you can bet your *** the took my money.

It's sad because I have ordered from them several times before and no issue. This will be my last time.

I had applied for a Wayfair credit card, but had never used it. Then later I get a phone call from Wayfair saying that fraud was suspected on my account and there were two Fraudulent charges.

Wayfair requested me about the charges and I told them I had never ordered anything from Wayfair and the fraudulent charges freaked me out since Im already under stress being a 24/7 Caregiver for my mother with Alzheimers . Then I got a letter from Wayfair months later, stating they close the investigation, and there was not enough evidence on my part so they find me responsible and that I have to pay these charges that I never made.

I was told by way there that they block these charges so now theyre telling me they didnt block them and now they want me to pay for it?

I refuse to pay for something that I had nothing to deal with is this their way how they treat their customers?

Its horrific that they treat their customers this way. I ended up closing my account so now theyre punishing me for closing my account..

Wayfair is actually Way Poor !

"Being patient did not pay off at the end of the day.

You can always go further and let others know about your situation by posting a review. Let them know how Wayfair treats its clients."

These people HAVE NO INTENTION TO PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE as a reputable business would. After they take your money and leave you waiting for your stuff for months and months they act like they don't know you or don't need you anymore. Beth was nasty.

They obviously don't expect any return customers. Even Kelly Clarkson wouldn't bother with Wayfair if she weren't getting paid.

I still don't have the product that was stated on delivery truck. Since 12.13. Today is 12./18. First product was damaged . No offer to compensate. Told to call. Back Monday to see if truck delivered over weekend. And now when I look online it shows out of stock. (Baby nursery furniture) will not buy again from Mayfair. Inconsistant information and no help in rectifying the situation

Drlivery issue

I made sure to put my apt number and please knock when here in my delivery notes. Yesterday it said attempted delivery which was untrue. Today I received a text from Wayfair 90 minutes after delivery. The driver did not knock and signed my name as receiving the delivery, which I did not. When I opened the door anticipating the boxes to be there, but they were left at the bottom of the stairs. I am a disabled Veteran and cannot lift anything over 15 pounds.

I ordered this desk for my son to start school. Instead, I received a very large and heavy bedframe which I had to print a return label for and schedule a pick up. When I tried to resolve this the desk I ordered was out of stock.Im still waiting for the refund for the desk that I never received. Im waiting to get that refund so I can buy my son a desk for school.
