Trash delivery!!!! Multiple times!

My name is Joel Meyer. Im writing this to protect people Ive never met.

If you want to know about my experience then call me at +131********. Thats how adamant I am. When have you ever read a review and the person put their number down? Never.

I purchased thousands of dollars from Watfair cause I just moved into a new house. Every itemevery delivery was an absolute disaster without exaggeration and when I called them to tell them about it they refused to refund anything and instead gave me an apology for the inconvenience of delays multiple times on everything I ordered, not to mention everything being broke, literally upon arrival andhere is the kickerarguing about refunds?!?

An absolute trash company! I implore you to go to Dollar General or Bog Lots before going here and if you dont listen, know Im laughing at you for reading this and still choosing to move forward.

No package

My complaint was with Fedx not wayfair. Tim was very sweet and knowledgeable and explained that there was no attempt to deliver a package today even though they Said they tried to deliver today but did not.

Received shipment and missing three items

First time purchase with Wayfair buying a WFX utility workbench number 145347. in receiving the four boxes and matching the items there were three missing pieces and thus unable to even complete step one for assembly. Regarding parts which I matched up from the boxes and Items List immediately, received 1 of 2 of part A, received none and Part J, and received 1 of 2 of Part L, and it will take up to 14 days to receive the parts. item is made in China and really question of quality control. Customer service was very apologetic and concerned and said he would ship as fast as possible and did appreciate his attention.

Going to wrong address/customer service won’t help

Before ordering a chair yesterday from Wayfair, I updated my shipping and billing address. When I got the order confirmation, it still showed my old address.

I then changed the shipping address to my correct address. Still no change on the website. Customer service told me it will update within 24 hours, and if its still not updated after it ships, I can just call FedEx with the tracking number to change the address. Today, I look, and its already shipped To the wrong address.

I contacted Fed Ex and they said that the shipper ( Wayfair) has to change the address not me. Since the beginning of this issue, Ive spoken to 7 different customer service representatives, and no one will help me. No one will contact Fed Ex and change the shipping address. One representative said she wouldnt help me because I made the mistake.

I didnt make this mistake.

Your website made this mistake by not updating my address changes when I did exactly that. Now there is a chair I spent over $500 on going to the wrong address, and your company is doing nothing to fix it or help me.

Problem

She (the rep) would not or could not listen to what I was using. She just kept saying, policy says or I will send you policy. THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We senior citizens received NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was very willing to pay for good customer service but your company gave NO SERVICE & still wanted us to pay! VERY BAD COMPANY!

Broken part

One of the legs of my couch could not be screwed in by the technician because it was broken. I had a party that is why I purchased the new couches only to have that couch turned upside down because it couldn't stand on 3 legs. Embarrassing for me and my guests. I'm still waiting for my replacement leg.
