Yes i m having a similar issue & im livid!

I paid for a table runner on january 1st .

Its on my CC & bank statement. At time if purchase they promised delivery on Jan 14th. To this day (March 12) they have modified the delivery date over 5 times!!!!! They have not apologized about it everytime.

Only twice, saying "in view of popularity the item wont b a available on time promised"... Which is BS because they know what their demand & supply are.

They can figure out when they will b able to deliver & give me a straightforward answer. I think its dishonest & unprofessional.

Service and Delivery sucks!

I ordered a leather sectional. The rep, Grace, had it delivered to my property management firm instead of the location it needed to go. The delivery people left it there with protest of our office manager and employees. They said, "This is the address we have.." and left this big hunk of sofa in front if our small retail office! When I called Grace at Wayfair about it...she denied any discussion or direction we had about the location for delivery....and blamed it all on me, the customer, and owner of the firm. My 66 year old husband and our maintenance man had to load it onto a truck and move it up 4 stories to a penthouse condo. Think they did not know that? Yeah. And I paid their huge delivery fee and still had to have it delivered anyway!

I did order a coat rack they advertise as CRHOME-green and they charge an extra 17 bucks for this specific options but when opened it was an ugly "Silver finish" with the Green accents, They have this item far cheaper in many websites but I really wanted the chrome finish that's why I accepted to pay more and when I complained they just ignored me basically told me we are sorry you didn't like the option you have chosen you can return it and the return cost as they told me was $7.00 so I just returned it but guess what, they also lie about that, they stole $5 more as they charged $12 in total, SERIOUSLY?, bunch of thieves, trying to make me feel I'm an *** I don't know how to read. For your info Chrome is not Silver-grey same as Crhome finish is not Brushed Nickel

Hutch finally arrived DAMAGED

This company is not worth dealing with. In February I ordered an "executive" bookcase. The first order was lost and is still " somewhere" in America. Wayfair ordered another one and after many weeks it finally arrived. The base looked fine until I opened a cabinet door and a piece broke off. The hutch part was in the second box. That box was a bit damaged. Upon opening the delivery person even said it was too damaged. When I looked I could not believe that it was damaged in 8 spots...a dent, scratches, a corner, another corner, splitting wood, to name most. I refused shipment and told the person on the phone exactly all the messed up areas. I called the manufacturer who said that all items are totally checked on their end. I was told that Home Direct repacks everything again.. (Why, why, why?)...which must be where the damage occurred. My advice to everyone is do not order from Wayfair. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I better be getting a full refund or heads will roll. So angry, frustrated and disappointed.

I ordered a grill insert (Legacy Firemagic Charcoal at $40.43)) for my outdoor kitchen. The price was way below retail (probably a loss leader or bait and switch.

After numerous emails, here was my answer " I am sorry for the confusion. You will be receiving the grill and grates and they are expected to ship with FedEx on or before 3/3 making your delivery estimate on or before 3/6. Your replacement sole is expected to ship today with UPS and arrive to you on or before 2/27. You will receive emails when the items ship with tracking information so you can monitor their progress on their way to you. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for shopping with Wayfair. Regards,Kristofer C." Then this response: " There is an issue with your order and I am trying to get it worked out so it can ship. If you are unable to wait we certainly understand. You will hear from me tomorrow with more details. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for shopping with Wayfair. Sincerely, Tiffany F.". Response again to my question: "No update to shipping information since March 3. Then expected arrival was March 6. This is March 10. Is the item STILL at the warehouse as the details say." Ans: "There is an issue with your order and I am trying to get it worked out so it can ship. If you are unable to wait we certainly understand. You will hear from me tomorrow with more details.". Finally: "I am very sorry the issue could not be resolved and the order had to be canceled. We are no longer carrying Fire Magic products otherwise, I would be happy to honor the price. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. " So, for over 2 weeks of "my order is at the warehouse, shipping soon, to order cancelled; BUYER BEWARE. Action on this order was a FRAUD! Not a mistake, an out and out FRAUD.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.

The assembly took 4 hours, not like some reports of 90 minutes, that time must be ROBOT times......The assembly instructions themselves were photocopied so many times that the writing was illegible....So many steps to complete and squeezed together on only 2 pages. ...

I too had an order charged and later canceled claiming that the item was out of stock which it isn't . When asking to speak to a manager he said "I don't have time for this, the item was priced wrong, we aren't honoring the error and that's that".

JossandMain is a division of Wayfair-Buy Elsewhere

I purchased an area rug and received an order confirmation. Then 5 days later they emailed saying that they listed the wrong price so they cancelled my order. Is this legal? Why do you hear stories of $5 airline tickets being bought and honored? This is a multi-million dollar company? They are not being accountable for their mistakes and don't honor your purchase if it is "incorrect" based on their opinion. I do not recommend making a purchase on JossandMain or on Wayfair. They are not reputable. I've submitted a complaint to the better business bureau and recommend others who have had similar issues to do the same.

Damaged item received, wasted hours trying to get it resolved

Worst ever on-line merchant and I purchase many things on-line (over 500 items a year). They dropped off a damaged item with no notice. Then sent 3 shipping notifications for a replacement item and they never arrived. Confirmed with the carrier that the items were never sent. Customer service and a "supervisor" stopped responding and that was OK because they never resolved them problem and gave inaccurate information. Finally disputed with my credit card because was spending hours trying to work this out and getting nowhere. Stay away from this merchant and use one of the reputable on-line merchants instead.

True misrepresentation - thumb nails with one price

I am shopping for Whitecraft furniture. Wayfair had three sets that came up in site search but when you click on them the page comes up at the thumbnail price but then -with in 10 seconds, more than doubles in cost Two contacts to customer service got me one snotty answer and another pretending to "explain" pricing to me but never addressed the underpriced thumbnails. Bait and switch and pretend the customer is a ***. Customer service is right up there with their deceptive trade practices. Two days later after my complaint about the pricing switches and the site shows the same thing. WARNING. WARNING.

Ordered a bedside table that hadn't arrived on or before the expected delivery date. Rang them the following day to be told it hadn't even been collected from the warehouse and the earliest i would get it would be monday...this was on a friday. So i told them i wasn't happy and wanted a refund. 3, maybe four months down the line i have no refund and no bedside table. They claimed they'd processed it and to contact my bank. Contacted my bank to be told she had never heard about the process they were talking about. LIARS AND RIP-OFFS

They shipped out JUNK item to their customers!

I bought this nice-looking furniture from wayfair.com and it was severely damaged when delivered to our home. The frame of bottom shelf was so badly twisted that the board was out of the frame and gravely split into two pieces. Two wheels were missing (there should be four total). I kept (and still am) wondering whether this shopping experience really was a joke or not. I immediately requested to return the item. Wayfair refunded our money but failed to take this junk back to their warehouse. We had to keep this useless item in our home for three weeks, hoping someone from Wayfair would come to take this broken furniture. Nobody showed up. So we finally had to pay someone else to throw this trash away. What an inconvenience!

I bought a kitchen hutch for $600 from Wayfair and it was junk. Unstable, poor quality, and broken.

I called Wayfair to send it back and they said just keep it. So I had to pay to get rid of it.

But they did refund my money. Won't buy from them again.

Misrepresented products on website. BEWARE!

Ordered a workbench ad pictured on site to be delivered on october 10. On the 19 th i received only a drawer for the bench. Several back and forths later i was told the bench would be ordered and delivered Next day got email that a new drawer was being delivered. Unbelievable. Canceled my order. Waiting for refund. Lets see if that happens in the three days they told me. Don't order from them directly and watch out on amazon and Walmart and target that products are not going through them. I will follow up on the refund. Dont order

Wayfair sent me part of a chair

I placed an online order on Sept 28 2013. I ordered a chaise lounge chair. A whole chair. Not part of a chair. They immediately charged us for the whole chair but they only sent us 1/3 of the chair. A few days later they said they sent us the rest of the chair (as a replacement but the original piece was never even sent). The tracking number they provided is invalid. This company stole our money. This is totally unacceptable. I don't think that anyone should have to experience this same nightmare. Be warned. Learn from my mistake. Do not shop at wayfair.com.

Customer problem not THEIR problem

I placed an order for four lamps through Amazon and it was fully confirmed as usual. Days later Wayfair e-mailed to say: sorry, but the product had been mis-listed and they were cancelling. I replied that if they made a mistake, they should honor the sale (it was still listed for sale in Amazon EXACTLY the same way) and not expect me, the customer, to bear the consequences of their alleged mistake. They replied, soooo sorry but NO. I'm in the middle of a three bathroom remodeling, wasted days to resolve this but all to no avail. If you consider buying from them - make sure AHEAD OF TIME that they have not made a mistake. If they have, you as the customer are way low in their list of priorities to satisfy.
