I have tried to call Wayfair to talk to a live person but on the site they.ask you 50 questions and you don't get an option to speak to a representative. I need to talk to someone. I love my lamps but the will not stay on.

Missing parts

Rude customer service

I spent hundreds of dollars with Wayfair in November 2023. Now I got an item that is junk, and they want me to pay over $14 to return it or give me a credit of $20 for future orders. Not acceptable. The canvas can just sit in my garage in the original box until I get a return label. No I am NOT going to pay for the return. Customer service on telephone RUDE...No more orders from me on Wayfair. I believe they sell seconds on some of their products

Delivery

I had two packages over 60lb delivered to the wrong address even though they gad the correct information the label was printed wrong. I was left looking for my delivery, filing a claim with Fed X until I finally found my package through a neighborhood email. Now I have to find a truck and help to get it home. No credit issued for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service.
