Wayfair - Item malfunction
Two of the six lights the solar switch doesn't work stays on in full sunlight have to manually turn them off and on. Weak attempt for any resolution. Not real happy with the company their product is well made just needs some tweaking. Would like to get some additional response that would change my opinion.

I called customer service and was told to place the order and then her manager would adjust my account. Then she told me to call the credit card company because her manager could not adjust on his end. She switched me over to credit card co and was told it was cust sec responsibility. Someone else got on the phone and said because I picked six month option I lost the 40. The website lady told me I would still have the option of choosing 6 months. The last women I spoke to I read to her the part where it says I still had the option. she said ok let me get my manager. Got hung up on

I called your *** automated system hung up on me. I want to speak to a human. I wanna speak to a human not damn machine. No I didnt get all the parts I need to put my order together. I will not use Wayfair again. Your company sucks.

User's recommendation: Don’t use this company find a different company it took forever to get the shipment here through FedEx. I had to wait out in the cold four days then when I get it can’t put the order together don’t use the company.

I bought the bar stools and they are perfection. Ive tried to go back and pay to have some assemble the bar stools and its like an act of God. Im trying to give you more money by asking you to assemble my 2 barstools but your system wont let me pay and order it. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? I JUST NEED THE CHAIRS ASSEMBLED ASAP AND IM WILLING TO PAY. For heavens sake why cant I buy the service after I bought chairs ? Preferred solution: Assembly of my chairs which is impossible to buy after I bought the chairs and your phone support is nonexistent. Just let me pay to get them assembled for heavens sake

The incorrect address is 74684 Leslie Avenue Palm desert California 92260I need it removed from my account. My correct address is 1247. Burr Avenue Thermal vs 92274

At this point I don't even know where it's at we live in a bad neighborhood that is why we moved. And several days ago when I realized you'd put the wrong address on the packages I called and took care of it and it should have been a done deal you're supposed to call me at 9:00 this morning I'm still waiting and there's no call back.

Tracking numbers for the two orders are 787-472*-***11 the second tracking number is 787-449 ***-*10. I have no receipts for it just my information in my phone because like I said they were not delivered to the right place so I have no order forms

Hi, this is a refill for Angie service. Not a bad review for Wayfair.

I was scheduled to have a service person come out and set up my TV fireplace stand on January 23 which was scheduled the week ago. I was home waiting for them at the time I received a message stating, they were not going to be able to come till January 28. This is unacceptable to me.

It's another five days later from when I received my merchandise, I canceled it because I did not want to wait that long to have my fireplace stand set up. I feel like if there was going to be a delay I should've been notified prior to the day they were supposed to be there, and I never received the notice till the time they were to show up at 2:30.

Problem with payment. Need human to fix and couldnt get one..

My payment was hard to make using giftcards.

When I finally got to a human, she was very pleasant but didn't really know how to enter Visa giftcards.

She finally found out how but did not have the info or technology to know how to check the balance on them because one turned out to be inaccurate and my order was later canceled AFTER I got an email that said the order went through successfully. TRYING to reach a human to help me attempt to remedy the apparent problem (I didn't know about yet) took several minutes of frustration with the "chat" option.

I'm glad Pissedcustomer showed up on my feed with an actual USE phone number that was answered by a human!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Called and told them they ruined my rug when they folded it to mail it, and I was not keeping it, and they needed to pay for the return cost and give me a full refund

I ordered an outdoor rug a couple of months ago and it was back ordered. I have waited patiently for it to be sent and it finally arrived today and they ruined it because they folded the thing in half to ship it, and that fold stretched the weave of the carpet, and it will never look good. I am not happy.

Wayfair is using an email-address for my account which does not exist since 5 years !!! to delete this account, they are sending a veryfication code to the email-address which is not existing since 5 yerasy. I as a customer are not ablte to change my email-address like it is possible with any other company. I had to tallk to 6 people, nobody was able to help !!!
