I ordered a duvet cover set on 08/06/16. Tracked my package, and everything seemed to be going great!

Everything looked like it was on time! But then..the tracking STOPPED! Just stopped. Something about my package being in transit.

I waited a few days past my estimated delivery date before calling. Cuz I get it. *** happens. When I called the rep was very polite.

apologized and looked right into it. He told me he would have to call the warehouse and would get back to me. He called me back that day saying that the order had been lost in transit, and that they would order me a new set immediately. Great!

I was so impressed with how they had dealt with the situation and was confident I would get my order by my estimated delivery date of 09/28/16....boy, was I wrong! I rec'd an email 09/27/16 advising me there had been a delay with my order and that I would receive it on 10/07/16. Then another email saying I would get my order 11/11/16. Today I got an email advising me that I will receive my ordered set 12/20/16.

I called and the rep said that my product is backordered and that I can either wait, or ask them to cancel my order, or I could order it in another size?! I have a King bed, why would I order a double duvet cover???? FFS. Out of good faith, I will wait.

I am hoping my order is finally delivered in December. If not, I'll have to cancel...anyone else have a similar story with a happy ending?!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $130.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

same story no ending as of yet. I purchased an area rug.

It was "shipped" I could track it, then it disappeared and was backordered for MONTHS how?

why? ughhh still waiting!!
