I ordered a instock bed on Nov 19th. They said it would ship on the 22nd and arrive between Nov 30-dec 5th.

I got the run around from that point on. From a stephanie now says it will arrive by the 6th and will get a call to schedule delivery. 2 days later nothing. i call and they only have 2 of 3 boxes.

Next girl maggy says she will take care of it. NOTHING not a call. Now cindy gets involved. and i need to reorder the bed and wont get if for another 3-4 weeks..

WTF Horrible place. Dont buy anything from this company before you read all the reviews.

Don't bother reordering, you still won't see it. I reordered 3 times, called UPS & they never got the order.

Which tells me they have a bunch of BOZO'S working in the warehouse. I'm so mad that I didn't read the complaints before ordering.

Never again. Wayfair is a scam company.
