ordered a futon from wayfair..still waiting on it..almost a month now...it's bounced all over the place..than sat from jan.13 to jan. 25 in indiana..we're in ohio...one state over and now this morning it's in kentucky..we could of walked there and hauled it back on a wagon in less time..will never ever buy anything from wayfair ever again..whoever delivers for them apparently has no idea how to deliver in a timely fashion or how to plan a route that is less time consuming and more reliable than the way it is being done currently...suggest if you want to order online find a better place than this..

Make sure you write their execs about this and their customer advocacy people. I am having the same horrible experience. customeradvocacy@wayfair.com
