I purchased an area rug from Wayfair.com. I had paid for it and was charged on my credit card...

and was waiting for it to arrive. Then I received and email stating that they had priced it incorrectly and that my order was being cancelled and I couldn't buy it afterall. Now they are issuing a credit card refund, but what I really wanted was the rug I ordered in the first place. I think that this was done intentionally to lure people into shopping on their web site.

This is a horrible thing to do.

They should honor the original price. Beware of this company and their unethical behavior!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Yep. First time customer here.

They bait and switched me on a teal reversible chaise sectional. Brand new.

Instead I got a dark denim blue non reversible sectional that is obviously used.

I asked for all communication be done via email in writing and they won't respond. Bad business, stay away.
