I have not been contacted by anyone from Beauty Rest who manufactured the defective product. I realize Wayfair is the middle man but you'd think someone would own up to the obvious manufacturing problem that exists

We ordered a heated mattress pad. It worked for two nights then the controls started working either intermittently or not at all.

I reported the difficulty to Wayfair. They told me to dispose of the faulty pad and they would send a new one. I received a new one, same model. I had the exact same problem.

It worked a day or two, then the pad worked intermittently or not at all. We tried different outlets, plugged and unplugged the pad, and called our electric provider because a "smart meter" had been installed at our house. I called Wayfair again, they told me to return the pad for testing which I did. I received the same pad back indicating they had voided my warranty because the "blanket was .

. . uncleaned.

. ."

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $103.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Wayfair Cons: Being sent a defective product twice.
