I had purchased an item and used my rewards points to pay for it. Instead, they charged me $70 for the item (which I would not have purchased if I couldn't use the reward points to pay for it).
I called customer service and asked them if they would reverse the charge and allow me to use the rewards points. The incredibly rude agent said no. I would have to return the item, pay the postage to return it, and buy it again. That was ridiculous, so I kept the item.
I used the rewards points to buy a different item, and when I got it, I saw that it was not the quality it was described to be.
It will cost me over 10 bucks and a trip to FedEx to return it. You would think a mail order company would have a more forgiving return policy, or at least some customer service reps who aren't rude.

She disconnected the call in mid sentence, as she pretended not to be able to hear me anymore.
I'm not going to be able to comply with any of the attempted instructions about taking photos and everything else of a completely damaged product that I was assured would not be damaged as all the hundreds of others were pursuing to the reviews online.
I am simply going to notify my bank that they should stop payment to Wayfair.
I asked to talk to a supervisor in the first place and I was not allowed to do so.
If you want this crushed damaged little Christmas tree back you had better call me and tell me when you're going to pick it up from the address that I was trying to give to her.

I gave her all the information off the outside of the box because not only was the item crushed inside in the box was badly damaged on all sides, but THERE WASN'T EVEN A PACKING SLIP!

Buying gor a school and want tousetaxfree number
The operators were very nice and helped me to remove the tax on a bookcase for the library. It did take a while, but each operator was efficient and patient.

I was was finally able to talk to someone who is sending me out a whole new set. I wish I could have talked to her in the beginning. She was very efficient.
Upset, tired of getting the run-around, not being able to talk to anyone with any authority, and not having anyone from the resolution area respond to my email from 11/14/25. I have a defective 4 ft tree from a 3 tree set, and I want the whole tree replaced.

Her answer was clear and concise. She thoroughly cleared up my my question and I was totally satisfied.
Irritation
Ordered two items at $29.00 each. Was sent 2 very similiar items which were on the website for $19.00 each.
Went through a great deal of trouble trying to explain their error to them and when I got to the reasons for the third time, do you want a replacement, or a 20% discount, or a full refund, I was afraid to reorder because I would probably receive the same items again. I was afraid of their incompetence.
Getting to this point in a return was torture and so time-consuming! I may never shop here again.
User's recommendation: Shop some where there are people who can distinguish one item from another, especially when the prices are different.r.
Follow up on chair replacement
Waiting for replacement chair legs. The out-of-balance replacement legs are scheduled to arrive on Dec 6, 2025.

Cust service has lousy service
Package deliver to grey house Wrong house mine is yellow. See pictures below. Couldnt get any consideration cust service wanted me to look around area told her we have no grey houses on street and I just got home from hospital after 6 days in ICU (2 unconscious) and 12 days in acute care hospital and cant walk or drive car to go around area

Missing pieces from a 6 piece patio set
The gentleman that I just spoke with was so very kind and so very helpful, and this has definitely made me choose a five-star rating for your company. He alone has been so very helpful to me, and this has been very discouraging up till this point. You need a lot more just like him.
