Wayfair llc does not care about customers who purchase defective furniture. They say Andover Mills would repair their defective chair where leather is separating from backing.
After searching I fund Andover Mills is owned by Wayfair! Use a sister company to deny clai.s!
The leather continues to fail. It is peeling from backing.
Their products are cheap for a reason. Wayfair does not stand behind it
.look elsewhere.

Wayfair advertised a chair as a leather recliner. After very little use the leather is separating from its backing.
I have never seen real leather seperate.Stay away from Wayfair and Andover Mills. Poor customer service.
They use Andover Mills to deny any repair. A company they own
Contacted Wayfair and they offered 15% discount of future order.
They offer 15% anytime. Why would I buy products like this! Is this leather?
Never seen leather than peels like Wayfair and Andover Mills product does. In my opinion this is a company that does not sell quality products or care.

They never shared any info with me there still adding onto my amount but I’m still not paying them
I paid Wayfair off and they said I was a day late, so they charged me a late fee and it's been accumulating ever since. It affected my credit history that in the past was very good, but not anymore.
I wish something could be done about this company and restore my credit history because I refuse to pay them anything else. I am on a fixed income and they are trying to rip me off.
Please help me with this. I paid them 60.00

I had ordered a sink that came in perfect. When I ordered a shower door I was mainly worried about the glass and to my delight it was in perfect condition.
Our installer decided to go MIA for a month and not wanting to lose any parts so I didnt open the hardware box. WELL, when we opened it the hardware was silver and everything else in our bathroom is dark brown!!t They sent the wrong color and since its been a month they wont warranty it!!!

I've ordered from Wayfair a few times now, and overall, I'm really happy with my purchases. The site has a huge selection of furniture and home decor; it's super easy to get lost browsing all the styles.
Most recently, I bought a coffee table and a set of dining chairs. Both arrived within a week and were packaged well. Assembly was pretty straightforward (thankfully!), and the quality was actually better than I expected for the price. The chairs are sturdy, and the table looks great in my space.
My only word of caution: always double-check the product dimensions and read reviews carefully. I've had one or two near-misses where something looked bigger in the photos than it actually was.

It was terrible. I was given inaccurate information. He did NOT cancel my delivery!And he gave me the wrong date to change my delivery to.
I had a bad experience when I called to change my delivery date on my dining table purchase. I was given incorrect information and the delivery wasnt even cancelled.
Additionally, I have been charged with my first payment, although I dont have the table.
I have decided to cancel my order.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally sent me what I ordered after having to call twice to complain.
I still have not receive my full order. Im disappointed with Wayfair for that reason.
I wanted to order more things from Wayfair but because of not receiving what I paid for I will no longer be ordering from your company.
I cant trust a company if they wont send me what I paid for.

Yes, I've tried to settle the issue via phone calls and PayPal.However, they claim that since they have a delivery receipt they are justified in denying my claim even though it's the wrong address and not close to my actual home. It's horrifying how little they care.
When I called customer service I was told that I needed to talk to Fedex but not to worry because it would be sent back to the company. I was assured that the lamp order would be cancelled. Then I received notice that the lamp was on its way to the "wrong" address. Naturally, I called back and told them they promised to cancel the order and that FedEx informed me that they could not change the address only Wayfair could - which Wayfair claimed they could not do.
I also explained that I'm a senior citizen recovering from a broken leg because they began to tell me to go to the wrong address and retrieve the items. The following morning I got the rudest person who tried to cover their tracks by sending me additional emails. She was awful and just kept telling me to go find my package.
I finally lost my temper got nasty and just hung up. I have no items and they won't refund my money.

Verified Reviewer |Worst Customer Service I've ever encountered. They actually steal their own products from customers
They delivered to the wrong address, lied about it and then told me to go find the product! I'm 74 years years old, recovering from a broken leg and they think it's okay to tell me to go about 2 miles away to search for the package they delivered to the wrong address. If I didn't experience this myself I would not believe it.

Checking on a long overdue order
No answer on phone. Order was supposed to come 10 days after the 1st one was damaged.
This is a very very long time to receive my sideboard I ordered months ago. Im getting frustrated and angry

Never received my package
My package was delivered to another home. Customer service has been rude and hasnt resolved anything.
They want me to get a police report on a stolen item. How can I report something stolen when it was NEVER DELIVERED TO MY HOME. I had to purchase another closet else where. Wayfair will not refund me my money.
I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.
I will pursue in court. This will not stop here.

No that is NOT GENUINE LEATHER!!!! REAL LEATHER DOES NOT PEEL!!!!
.Even the paint should not peel if it’s actually applied to the leather using a leather based stain but I’ve seen where companies have been using a spray paint and no sealer. And they DO PEEL! However only the paint not the leather. Personally...
I’d demand a full refund. Be sure to get names, dates and times and details of your conversations with anyone with that company. No way is that amount of damage worthy of accepting a lousy 15% off. That’s nothing to them or anyone for that matter let alone us the customer!
So who wins??? They do obviously. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Ohh I know they figure you will get tired of dealing with them eventually.
But I’d stick it out n keep good records of each n every conversation with them. But I think they don’t care bc they buy from companies that only produce very cheaply made products and then sell them for top dollar regardless of the quality and they spend a great deal of time using a gifted writer to lie about the products and sell them as legit materials that they want you to believe them to be so you don’t mind buying quality products such as genuine leather. But when customers realize that they have been had, they of course call and ppl will rightfully so complain! The company then hopes they give up after hearing every reason not to refund or replace the product bc overtime the company has of course run out of lies to spew regarding these reject items and flat out claim that their claim has been denied for whatever random reason they can come up with making it sound legit even if it’s not in the warnings or small print they claim they enclosed in the packaging.
However if customers just give up they definitely lose. Now this is just my personal opinion but I’d do much much more and still report them to BBB. ANYWAY I do wish you the Best of luck. Please Stick with this problem bc if you don’t they keep getting away with it.
N i would never ever hesitate to contact a legal company that does litigation for these kinds of cases. I’d also make them send warnings to current customers who bought the same product. And lastly just so you are aware, I’ve personally used the legal firm that gave me a very fast outcome and I was really satisfied with the results.
I received a full refund and they had to acknowledge their error and apologize for names that they said to me out of frustration. Well Take care n Happy New Year.
To be fair, this is clearly advertised as faux leather, it says it right in the title of the item. This is what faux leather does.
My friend had same issue with his recliner. Chair started peeling after 6 months. Ugly.
That's not leather.
