- - Needed smaller furniture after large homes.

- - Customer service is the best I've dealt with.
I have lived in many large, beautiful homes. But this time I needed something smaller; much of my existing furniture was way too big.
I have found Wayfair usually has just what I need. Not all purchases were perfect, but they gladly exchanged the items that were not up to par.
I also have found that their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with in this type of company. I will continue to be a Wayfair customer.

- - Tried three times to return a damaged washable rug.
- - I sent it back; expect S&H to be deducted; customer service offered a small credit.
I tried three times to return a damaged washable rug. I had purchased 4 of them.
One had a black mark on it. I wanted to return it but did not want to pay s&h for a damaged product. I could not get any satisfaction from customer service. I was offered a small amount of credit if I wanted to keep it.
I have no use for a damaged rug. I just sent it back and I guess s&h will be deducted from my refund.
Very disappointed. I will think twice before ordering from Wayfair again since I have never had to pay for return s&h with any other company on a damaged product.

I am not clear on whether or not the set of two blue and white pico table lamps is being re-ordered or not. This was my first choice of lamps, and I am willing to wait for them if you will be getting them back in stock.

Verified Reviewer |Worst customer service ever. Will never ever order from Wayfair again. The last person I spoke to was very helpful when working with me about the installation. That was about it.
- - Delivery came Friday, not Saturday, and installation was moved.
- - No contact about the new date; no resolution after talking to reps.
Ordered a recliner, was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, was delivered on a Friday. Had the installation scheduled for Saturday, then got a text saying they rescheduled the assembly to another day.
A day that I could not be there.
Didn't even contact me to see if that day was going to work for me. Talked to two or three people about this issue and got nowhere with them.
- And a better way to reach someone

I wanted to have these huge boxes placed in the backyard behind a gate instead of right on my front porch. Also, I’m 75 and single so it was challenging to carry those big boxes into my house. Not sure.
The customer service rep was very kind and nice. I asked how do I leave directions and where to leave the packages.
He told me to go to the FedEx website which I did. Theres no place for me to leave directions. Im requesting that the package is sent on April 2 that the side gate will be unlocked and that they put the packages in my backyard.
I am a widow and putting them on the front door. I might not be able to physically take them to the backyard so I need them placed in the backyard.

We figured it out and it works great! Sorry for the confusion. I used Wayfair to redo my entire kitchen with items from Wayfair.

IBOUGHT ON DEC 15 2*** * boxes of 24 pieces each of cutlery stainless steel with wooden handles. invoice number 426606****.
for110.22 dollars. Afew days after it was delivered to me. by boss told me that I had to go to California to work on a job and that I would be gone for 1 to 2 months. I finished the job in california and returned to my home in Silver spring MD on Feb.
4th. Istarted using a few pieces and I found them much too light not comfortable and too small. Iwashed them in dishwasher and they came out not fully clean. Only got clean if I WASHED THEM BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN.
the dishwasher. i feel that they are totally wrong and not useful. i paid 110.22. $ and I feal that i am due a full refund.

- - The 9x12 rug arrived rolled long and folded in half.
- - Creases and waves won't flatten after over 3 weeks; edges won't lay flat; wants pickup and full refund.
Examine your product immediately upon receipt. By the time we realized our rug would never flatten out, 30 days had passed.
Even though this rug is defective, Wayfair ignored my complaint.
A defective product should be addressed by the seller whether or not the return time limit has passed. A reputable company would have done so.
It's a 9x12, and when we received it, it had been rolled up the long way and literally folded in half to fit into the small box. That crease is the worst. And it is just wave after wave on the entire rug. Also, the outside edges will not lay flat on the floor.
I realize that this is a cheap rug, but it should still lay flat after being unrolled and allowed to settle. I want this rug picked up and returned to Wayfair and expect a full refund. Either the problem lies with the way it was shipped to me or with the way it was woven, or both issues.
But no matter what, this rug is unusable. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase and expect Wayfair to make this right.

Resolved: Problems with Wayfair
- - Fraudulent Wayfair contact uses a wayfair.ie site with an (838) prefix, and three card charges were stopped by the card company.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Take pictures and send emails.
There is a fraudulent phone number when you Google Wayfair customer service, with a wayfair.ie address and an (838) prefix. This is the fraudulent site.
While on with them, my credit card was charged for 3 different charges, which my credit card company caught. The products from the real Wayfair are good, but they must solve the security problem because the fake Wayfair seemed to have access to the real Wayfair accounts.

Pay bill
I was hoping this week was someone to pay my bill. The website doesn't really specify an exact way about going to pay my bill.

Delivery of oversized is awful
- - Ordered a king bed; delivery date passed and no package.
- - Wayfair refunded and advised reordering.
- - Reordered Feb 25; 7–10 days; still no package.
We ordered a king size bed and a delivery date came and went finally Wayfair said they would just refund us and we should place the order again they do not know what happened to the original order. We placed the order again February 25 was told it would take 7 to 10 days.
Its now March 20 with no package, but it has been promised by both Wayfair tracking and FedEx that it would be here every day for the last five days, if its not here today, were going to cancel the order. I just got a refund.
Do not order oversized packages from Wayfair. They have no idea of how to ship and handle..
