Damaged item
- Ordered two dziekon blue tables; one was damaged and photos were sent.
- Wayfair sent to the manufacturer; no action yet; I am waiting.
Nothing has happened regarding the two dziekon blue tables I ordered. One was damaged, I sent pictures, wayfair sent me to manufacture but nothing has been done, Im still waiting. I will not continue to buy if nothing is done.
Assembly part problem
- The middle drawer won't slide.
- Replacement sliders for the drawer and cabinet are being sent, and if they don't fix it, call back within 30 days.
I spoke to the customer service rep and described the problem with the middle drawer of the item that I ordered, which did not slide in like the other two drawers did. They are sending me replacement sliders for the drawer and for the inside of the cabinet so that the drawer can slide.
I will have to reinstall them; hopefully, they will work.
They also said that if they do not work, I should call back and that they would take the steps to send us a replacement. They also reminded me that the replacement can be done within 30 days.
- Very fast shipping good customer service
- Will report back here if any problem with my replacement parts request
Preferred solution: Replacement parts for the drawer slides. If they do not work I will ask for either a refund or a replacement.

- Gift card funds bought a white queen down comforter that hasn't arrived.
- A gray eight-piece set was sent; no refund or contact yet.
Hi. My name's Jan, and I did buy I had a gift card, and I had some enough money on it to get the comforter.
It was a white comforter. My other one got it end up getting lost, and it was a white comforter, and it was the real down comforter, the fluffy one, and I ordered a queen-size. And they sent me some kind of real thin, cheaper eight piece bed ensemble that was gray that I didn't I was supposed to get the comforter. So I haven't gotten a refund, and I haven't gotten my comforter yet.
So they just took *** just took my gift card money, and I didn't get anything for it. So, yeah, I'm a little bit aggravated. They haven't contacted me. I let them know that I wanted to order the blanket again because that's where my gift card money went and hadn't heard anything.
I just keep getting these emails basically like this. So my money, you guys stole it from me. I haven't gotten my comforter. And the gray one is not what I ordered.
It's a eight piece cheap material, and it's it's gray. I don't know how they could have gotten gray mixed up with white. And the one I ordered was a nice queen-size comforter down. It had the down feather, and it had and it was a thicker, nice one.
It had the gold edge trim on it. I ordered one previously a few about a year, a year and a half ago, and I got it. It was a full size, I believe, and it and it just disappeared. I can't find it anywhere.
I've looked all in throughout my house.
So, yeah, something needs to either I need to get a refund or I need to get my comforter. Thank you.

Cantering new table pilling off
Veneer on the new table started peeling and cracking off the side of the table. Unrepairable at this point due to the large cracks.

- Second missed scheduled delivery, wasting a day.
- Rescheduled for a week later.
- Switching from Amazon to Wayfair due to reliability concerns.
This is the second time that Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Company, didn't deliver my SCHEDULED delivery... Wasting another entire day waiting, only for a no show, and it being rescheduled for an additional week away.
Which makes no sense, since supposedly it's sitting right down the road in ***. I have enjoyed recently switching from purchasing larger orders on Amazon, and instead using Wayfair. However, there is no reliability on pre- scheduled deliveries, making there deliveries... Our time is of great value, so since Amazon deliveries are able to be honored, met and kept,we will return shopping for our more expensive items with Amazon unfortunately.
I Highly recommend using a more reliable delivery service... We enjoyed the quality Wayfair offered.

I called Wayfair customer service and was instructed by an automated response to leave my number and I would receive a call back. I received a call back to be told they couldn't help me now because their system was down.
Try back in 3-5 hours. I've already tried the chat and requested a live agent contact 23 hours ago.

Purchased a garden shed. I would advise anybody not to purchase it; it is badly made and certainly not worth the money.
It is totally poorly constructed and just floods in the storage area with heavy rain. It is not suitable for English weather.

I made 3 calls trying to get my order placed and delivery date and time for merchandise.Also nobody could help me when using my Bank Card to make the payment! It wasnt going through on the Instructions I was given to use to place my order for my Dresser!
I never received a message from Fed Ex however the box came today at 10:30 am just as I was leaving and I was able to get the Driver to take the heavy box to my Apt I let him bring it in! He never asked me to sign any paperwork!

- I need April 2 delivery with the side gate unlocked and packages placed in backyard.
I wanted to have these huge boxes placed in the backyard behind a gate instead of right on my front porch. Also, I’m 75 and single so it was challenging to carry those big boxes into my house. Not sure.
The customer service rep was very kind and nice. I asked how do I leave directions and where to leave the packages.
He told me to go to the FedEx website which I did. Theres no place for me to leave directions. Im requesting that the package is sent on April 2 that the side gate will be unlocked and that they put the packages in my backyard.
I am a widow and putting them on the front door. I might not be able to physically take them to the backyard so I need them placed in the backyard.
