I ordered a large carport from Wayfair. Nearly 2 months later the delivery truck driver from Timeline Logistics called me in the morning, 30 minutes out and asked if I had a forklift!

I of course said no, but he came anyways. With no means to offload the carport pallets from his vehicle, he left. I contacted his superiors at Timeline and arranged for a second attempt at 3 pm. 3pm came and no show; they said he still needed to go get a forklift and it would take another hour.

4 pm; I had to call back, then they said he had no formal forklift training and therefore could not offload. At least Wayfair gave me a refund, but I'm still out a 1/2 day's work, and no product.

I would think when someone delivers a product they should show up equipped to at least get it off their vehicle, no? Insane.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Wayfair Pros: Product.

Wayfair Cons: Shipping.
