I good results,
I had a damage item to my house extremely heavy. Would not want anyone to have to move it or exchange it.

It was supposed to be boxed when I came into the home. It was unboxed and sad to say the back was pretty worn again. Something will have to buy materials for and replace it. I got some satisfaction from talking online with a discount at it.

I was offered other things such as replace the whole thing to replace the back etc. What is it is?

I'm one of those people that don't want some others in their home. Needless to say I did get satisfaction

False information on product details and not resolved.

I ordered sheds which the description says METAL HORIZONTAL SHED (set of 2) for close to $400. Only 1 arrived.

When I called customer service I was told yes there were 2 more boxes coming. They said 2 boxes were sent back to Fed-ex as the labels were unclear. I was to call back Tuesday to get them to re-send the order.(this is documented in my file as I made her type it in there for reference when I called back Tuesday. I called back Tuesday and now they tell me its only 1 shed I was to get.

I said description says SET OF 2, email back says SET OF 2. They told me I have to deal
With the supplier now. Ive sent 2 emails and all they say is

We are sorry for what happened.
There is only a item with 2 storage bin of the order

Thats all they say. I called back this morning and the guy said all he could do is send off another email or give me a return.

I already put the shed together as I was told the other one was on its way. So now I have to waste more time taking it apart to send it back. Wayfair should be fixing this as they allow sellers to false advertise. I ordered 2 sheds, I should get 2 sheds or 1/2 my money back as Im not paying $400 for a small shed.
I saved all the screen shots of the product details I ordered that says qty 2, and set of 2.

The supplier has since taken down the set of 2 as they know they screwed up but Ive saved the screen shots.
I was told its 2 boxes, who advertises 2 boxes as SET OF 2???
How is wayfair going to fix it?

Why have so many people told me so many different things?
I am now receiving poor service and my story will be told on social media and will never order from wayfair again especially after this morning conversation where he was very condescending!
I wrote a review of the product and I want it posted as its still not on your website. I would like to

To Get RA# & Refund You Must File Dispute with Credit Card Company

WARNING! DO NOT SHOP WAYFAIR!

The ONLY way to receive a RA# Return Authorization and Shipping Label is to File a Credit Card Dispute reporting WAYFAIR'S REFUSAL to Return Product for Credit Full Refund! I ordered Karani Luxury Towels, and was shipped American Soft Linens, a complete Bait and Switch. Then was denied a RA#, and sent into Email BOT Communication of providing all of the information and photos THREE Times and STILL GET Denied. IF you Call 877-929-**** Customer Service, the Rep will give you another run around, but did ADMIT that WAYFAIR Does Not Give Authority to Reps to issue a simple RA# and Label.

When you get transferred to a Manager, that is an Extension that is never answered. Waited 25 min.

Then submitted a Credit Card Dispute over the charges, and ONLY THEN DID I RECEIVE MY RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND SHIPPING LABEL! WAYFAIR IS A SCAM AND COMMITTS FRAUD AND THE POOR GUY AT CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWS IT!

I do not like the Angi App. Too many questions. I do not like the chat necessity. I would have rather just called and spoke with a customer service rep immediately. I was very frustrated just trying to get help. I was on hold way too long, so was the customer service rep that was trying to help me. It's a cumbersome system that you have. Needs to be simpler.
