My order was placed and charged mid-August, and as of the last day of September, the convertible sofa is sitting on my floor awaiting assembly hardware! It took 2 tries of placing the order and SEVEN phone calls to Wayfair to receive the sofa. Supposedly it was damaged in transit and had to be reordered. According the manager, the arm was torn - but the arms are shipped in a zippered compartment under the sofa cushion!
Now I am awaiting hardware from the manufacturer to assemble the sofa! Wayfair manager, Chris (?Jones) did not return any of my 3 messages about the missing hardware, so I contacted the manufacturer customer service on the assembly instructions. Sofa is still unassembled after a month and a half after my order.
My recommendation: go to a store and buy what you want!
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Wayfair Cons: Delivered with no assembly hardware.
