Turned my Zen Room into a Dilly Dilly chamber of Misery. My colors were natural browns they sent me black instead of the brown I ordered.
Now customer service wants me to do the research and provide them with all the information to resolve this problem. They had problems locating my account and information. Do not believe the advertisement, the issue is how they rat you when you need to return, it is not good.
I even called the company that made the product and they were no help, I sent them a picture to prove the color was wrong and still no help. Never returned call as promised.
