Way fair says I received this night stand on 12/21 when we received other furniture. We did NOT receive this even though we ordered it more than a month ago.
When I went to the live chat site the customer service rep said there was nothing he could do and that I had to contact my rep - Tom McKinney. So I then did that and he is out of the office. Where is the "service" in 'customer service? Why can't anyone make this order right???
The emails to customer service say someone will contact you within a day. That NEVER happens.
Come on Wayfair! Rework on customer retention!
