Customer service emailed very kindly and refunded the price of the purchase.

I ordered a Christmas tree from Wayfair on November 11th. Every single day this week -- and I am writing this on Friday, November 24 -- the tracking says that they tried to deliver the stupid tree.

As I work from home, I know that they NEVER tried to deliver it. Never. I emailed Wayfair twice saying that at this point I just want a refund -- I had to buy another tree as it was for my niece to decorate with her friends -- and of course I haven't heard back from them. I'm going to continue to fight with them, and no WAY am I going to accept a Wayfair voucher.

I would never order from them again. Wish I'd ordered from Amazon in the first place!
