First Desk we ordered arrived broken, half the screws weren't enclosedand you could see it was broken before it was shipped. They replaced it ..hopefully between the two desks we should be able to get on that works.
Ordered a cat tree on Dec 19th, promised delivery date was 12-26. Called on the 23 when it was to be shipped, said it was waiting for FedEx. Called on the 24th, they said it will be here on the 26th. Called on the 26th they said the WAREHOUSE is closed!
HONEST, during the holiday season. Received an email stating its being shipped on 12/30 and will arrive 12/31! I hope they send me a sign if they think I believe that it will arrive in 24hrs from TX to WI, that says "if you believe what you read..here's your sign"! They do not appreciate their clients if they close their warehouse during the busiest time of year when orders have NOT been filled.
DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT...
BUYER BEWARE WHEN YOU BUY DURING THE "BUSY SEASON"!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: CHANGE THEIR POLICY AS TO WHEN THE PLANT CLOSES AND DON'T MAKE PROMISES THEY CAN'T KEEP AND BLAME IT ON UPS/FEDEX SHIPPING BOXES ARE SUBSTANDARD AS IS PACKING MATERIAL .
