Ordered a Christmas wreath and it came while I was on vacation. Came back, opened the box and the wreath was fine.
Noticed online it dropped from $71 to $55. Emailed Wayfair asking if I could have a credit for the difference, explained out of town and just got back in town and opened the box. Rep would not work with me. Said 5 day window and I was beyond that.
Didn't care I was out of town and could not open the box from 800 miles away. First and only purchase from Wayfair.
Wreath is going back. Shipping won't be much since it is light and I would prefer my $71 back now anyway.
