There is alot of favoritism in that warehouse. For instance, on October 27th one of their employees was taken down to work med for a breathalyzer test which that employee did not pass.

Guess it was bad enough that they would not let that employee drive home. Come to find out the company has a NO TOLERANCE DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY.which if violated immediate termination. If that is the case why is that employee still working there 3 weeks later?

There was another employee that had an accident and they fired that employee on the spot because that employee had something in their system. Instead of Wayfair it should be called WayUNfair.
