I have purchased a number of items from Wayfair and was pleased with them. I recently ordered a king bedspread.

When it came I tried It on my bed. It barely covered the top of the bed. Also it was not of good quality I expected from Wayfair. Trying to return the bedspread and receive a efund has been like a Chinese fire drill.

After back and forth emails trying to through to them that I didn't want a replacement, the end result was receiving another bedspread which I had said a number of times I did not want. I refused the package. I'm still trying to get a return label as the item wasn't what I ordered and I don't want to pay to return it.

You can forget trying to reach them by phone - I don't think there is a live person. I won't consider ordering from them again unless my issue is resolved soon.
