Like the other reviewers, I made purchases with Wayfair, and got an unwanted magazine subscription with two different purchases. There was no notification that I saw that I would receive these magazines; I don't like receiving excess mail and would have opted out.

Then, I needed to call the magazine company, who couldn't unsubscribe me, but gave me another number to call, and that number directed me to a website where I had to fill out an online form to cancel the magazine. Having to go through this cumbersome process multiple times has made me really hesitate about ordering from Wayfair again, despite the fact that everything was fine with the actual furniture purchase from Wayfair. This magazine thing is an obnoxious process to have to go through, and Wayfair gives you no choice to opt out. When the magazines came, they didn't even make it clear that they came via Wayfair.

I only found that out after following through to cancel.
