Felt very satisfied at end of call which was with customer service staff that was eager to please and we received a credit which makes the situation better. I’d give them both a 5 star rating.

Thank you so much for resolving our issue. We will be placing orders with Wayfair again. We also liked that many of the products are made in the U.S.

and one vanity we ordered is even made in our state. Thumbs up to that!
