They need to spend less money on those annoying but catchy commercials and more money on their actual business practices. How can such a company still exist?
I keep seeing reviews, after my terrible experience of course, that state that they kept receiving backorder emails. This was absolutely true for me. I received at least 3 and even received a "tracking" number to an item that never ever shipped. In summary, a month later I still have not received my item, despite many calls and emails.
So, please just don't...think about browsing their site because the prices are appealing, don't buy anything hoping to receive it and don't think it will not happen to you.
As a consumer these days, you should not have to followup with a company so much, it should be as easy as a few clicks and that is it.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
