I ordered a bed and a dresser over a month ago - and I still don't have them. I have spent hours on the phone dealing with folks who do NOT take complete responsibility for things.

I can't tell you how many times I received a response of "I put in the request with the warehouse", or "your item is sitting in the warehouse waiting to be shipped out", or "I'll get back to you tomorrow". Well, tomorrow never comes. People rarely get back to me and if they do - it's "I'm terribly sorry you've had to wait so long" - but ultimately there's never anything they can do about anything. It's a pretty worthless department.

At the end of most every call it's "Is there anything else I can help you with?" That would imply that they helped with something in the 1st place and they never do. I HATE Wayfair
