Wayfair - Lost my Futon and won't cancel my order.
I ordered a futon a month ago and it never showed up. I called and emailed several times to find out when I was getting it.
They lost it and only told me so when I threatened to withdraw payment (Thank you Amex). Now they won't even communicate with me or allow me to cancel the order. Horrible customer service and shipping promised times. Second time I have had to wait over a month for something.
I stopped payment and will never buy from them.
They treat their customers like idiots. If you buy something, make sure it's with a card that can have the payment disputed.
