Not resolved

I ordered bar stools on July 8th to be received on or before August 1st. After waiting until after the first with not response from Wayfair, of any kind, I waited on the phone for almost 30 minutes for a customer service answer only to have him send an email to the shipper.

Days later I learned that they had actually lost the packages and it would take another 3-5 days to locate them.......really? I called yet again today on the 7th of August only to hear they had no news yet.

They had no phone number for their shipper. Needless to say I cancelled the order and will not waste any more time with this ridiculous company and you shouldn't either.
