I ordered two nightstands that showed as IN STOCK and ready to ship. It's been almost 2 months now and my order just says "Processing for Shipping".

I've called and all they can say is that it's "processing for shipping". I've written the company THREE times and gotten NO response. NO RESPONSE. ZERO.

Three separate times and not a single response. I indicated in my email that I have emailed three times and I've indicated the order number in every email.

They obviously do not care about their customers or customer service. There are many many many online retailers who care about their customers, go buy from their sites because Wayfair does not care about you or your business.

Product or Service Mentioned: Wayfair Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
