Not resolved

it has been a week since I ordered and I have not seen a tracking #...chatted with customer service he will email me directly with a tracking #...said that the facility that this was shipping from had technical difficulties with sending a tracking #....if I ever get this order I will never order from them again....I got insurance for this order I wonder if that will help I don't get my order. it was funny that at the end of the order when I filled out the survey and submitted it went into an error mode.

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Wayfair. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
