WayFair Customer Service and their account website is a complete mess. Would you believe I have to mail my payments to them by Money Order?
I mean, this is the 21st Century! Their site will not accept my bank account number; I use the exact same number for eight other accounts I have open. When I called, they said there was nothing I could do. I suggested having my bank Fax someone the account number for verification: nope.
I offered to read it over the phone to a representative: nope. I was told the website and accounting was run by people who do not accept phone calls. WayFair?
