Also, forgot to note they said it would take 3-5 days to credit my account the money. Money that you would assume they never received since they said there was a problem with the billing address and the order could not process until settled..Shady company!

Ordered merchandise on Friday morning. Received an email stating I gave the wrong address, called immediately and was told it was fine just ignore the notice.

Got another email the next day, called and was told wrong address again and to wait. Got another email the next day, told the wrong address and nothing they can do until Monday. Called my bank Monday and was told everything is fine with the address and it's Wayfair's system that is wrong. Called Wayfair back to come to a resolution.

Asked for them to expedite shipping to make up for the 4 day loss due to their outdated system. Was told "no". Said no business would do that to satisfy a customer that was slighted.

Canceled order and will NEVER shop there again! Will unsubscribe to remove all their unwanted annoying email promotions as well.

I forgot to add that it will take 3-5 days to refund the money they supposedly were never able to confirm due to issues with their system. Shady!
