I ordered a chair from Wayfair and when I assembled it, the mechanism that allows the office chair to go up and down, was not working. I called them and told them I need a new mechanism.
They sent it and it too was defective. I contacted them after I received the new one to tell them that this one was even worse! It collapsed on me and sent me flying. When I contacted them, they refused to give me a refund me and told me to contact the manufacturer.
I bought this from them and they will not help me out! I am absolutely livid!
I want a refund, not a replacement. They are lucky I didnt send them my medical bill from falling
