CAn I get a actual tracking number on my order?

I’ve been trying to track my furniture and the tracking number that was provided is not a actual tracking number and would like to know if I could get one. The website is not updated and still shows the same place as the furniture was shipped from in California.

According to the Wayfair return policy, the company accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return process, follow these steps:
  • go to wayfair.com;
  • click 'My Orders';
  • select 'Return Item';
  • choose your return and refund method;
  • check your inbox for a return confirmation email.

For large items, Wayfair should coordinate for the carrier to pick up the item at your convenience.

According to the Wayfair FAQ page, you can reschedule assembly or installation services up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking start time for free. Fees apply when bookings are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the booking start time.
To reschedule your booking:
  • tap the Bookings page in the app;
  • this tab will show you all upcoming and past bookings on your account;
  • select the booking you'd like to reschedule;
  • scroll to the bottom and tap Reschedule booking;
  • select your new date and time.

According to the Wayfair faq section, you can track the status of your order at wayfair.com/session/secure/account/order_search.php. If you did not receive your item, you can try the following:
  • check that your shipping address is correct under 'Deliver To:' on the My Orders page;
  • check around your home or with neighbors;
  • give it 2 days because sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit;
  • check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail;
  • check for a notice of attempted delivery;
  • contact the carrier.

According to the Wayfair FAQ page, when you make a qualifying purchase on your Wayfair Credit Card or Wayfair Mastercard at a Wayfair retail site, you'll earn 5% back in Reward Dollars.
Additionally, the Wayfair Mastercard earns Rewards on qualifying purchases everywhere else you shop: 3% at grocery stores, 2% online, and 1% everywhere else. You can redeem your Rewards up to a maximum of $2500 in Reward Dollars per month on any of their retail sites by applying them in Checkout when you use your Wayfair Credit Card or Wayfair Mastercard.

  • Check that your shipping address is correct. Current shipping addresses are listed under “Deliver To:” on the My Orders page;
  • Check around your home or with neighbors;

  • Contact the Carrier:
    • Use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.);

If it doesn’t help, please contact Wayfair Customer Service at (866) 263-8325 and they will resolve the issue.

Why won't my online account let me log in?

I have tried for over 2 weeks to log into my account to pay my bill. It won't let me, it keeps saying my password is wrong.

I have created a new password at least 20 times!!!! It ALWAYS SAYS WRONG PASSWORD!!!

I need to pay my bill. I have never been late with a payment in the 3 yrs that I've had my account.

According to Wayfair FAQs there are different ways to pay your bill. If you can't access you account, call Wayfair Credit Card customer service at 1-84*-271-2567. You will then be directed to an automated system that will ask you to enter the primary cardholder's account number. Once that information is received you can proceed to making your payment.

What is the solution and my Uniters insurance going to cover???

Cushions are not supportive when you sit on the couch the cushions are separating and caving in not comfortable at all. Has been replaced before.

All represenative's are leading me to other areas? This furniture has been replaced before.

Blemishes on silver metal stool

I received the silver metal stool today. I'm unhappy because it arrived with rust along edge of top of stool, along with large cloudy streaks around entire upper portion of the two part stool.

I sprayed with water and vinegar, but just as soon as it wipes away it reappears. I do not want to return based on the expanse, so what are my options please?
