CAn I get a actual tracking number on my order?I’ve been trying to track my furniture and the tracking number that was provided is not a actual tracking number and would like to know if I could get one. The website is not updated and still shows the same place as the furniture was shipped from in California.

According to the Wayfair return policy, the company accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return process, follow these steps:
  • go to wayfair.com;
  • click 'My Orders';
  • select 'Return Item';
  • choose your return and refund method;
  • check your inbox for a return confirmation email.

For large items, Wayfair should coordinate for the carrier to pick up the item at your convenience.

According to the Wayfair FAQ page, you can reschedule assembly or installation services up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking start time for free. Fees apply when bookings are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the booking start time.
To reschedule your booking:
  • tap the Bookings page in the app;
  • this tab will show you all upcoming and past bookings on your account;
  • select the booking you'd like to reschedule;
  • scroll to the bottom and tap Reschedule booking;
  • select your new date and time.

  • check that your shipping address is correct under 'Deliver To:' on the My Orders page;
  • check around your home or with neighbors;
  • give it 2 days because sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit;
  • check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail;
  • check for a notice of attempted delivery;
  • contact the carrier.

According to Wayfair FAQs there are different ways to pay your bill. If you can't access you account, call Wayfair Credit Card customer service at 1-84*-271-2567. You will then be directed to an automated system that will ask you to enter the primary cardholder's account number. Once that information is received you can proceed to making your payment.
