Return a gift.
A relative bought me a gift and I want to return it to Wayfair and credit their account. How do I do this.
What do I need to do to return product and get my refund.
Not at all happy with this product. Does not stay lit any length of time. Would like to return them and get my refund
I want to return three items that came in there pkgs.
I tried the day after I placed an order, ( and they hadn’t shipped yet), to cancel the order. Out of the four items they only canceled one.
The other three shipped out days later and all came separately. I even spoke to Wayfair CS a couple times and they said they’d look into it. One of the items still even reads cancellation request is still pending, but it’s already here!!!! I want to return FOR A FULL REFUND all three at one time.
How can I do that?
I also feel since the cancellation request was sent BEFORE anything had shipped I should NOT be charged for any return/restock cost. Is there ANY CHANCE this can be accomplished??!!!
CAn I get a actual tracking number on my order?I’ve been trying to track my furniture and the tracking number that was provided is not a actual tracking number and would like to know if I could get one. The website is not updated and still shows the same place as the furniture was shipped from in California.

If you buy a bed and don’t like it when delivered, how do you return it?
- go to wayfair.com;
- click 'My Orders';
- select 'Return Item';
- choose your return and refund method;
- check your inbox for a return confirmation email.
For large items, Wayfair should coordinate for the carrier to pick up the item at your convenience.
How can I changed my assembly.
I order a tv stands and it will be deliver on Wednesday January 20 and I have handy assembly on Saturday January 23rd and I wanted to changed into Wednesday January 20th at 4:30pm
To reschedule your booking:
