Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Angi sent an email a few days later asking me if I still wanted to have them finish the job. I responded yes, but no one ever showed up. The unassembled parts are laying on the garage floor. I requested a resolution from Angi and Wayfair.
Angi never responded and Wayfair said to box up the unit and reurn it at my expense for a refund. The unit weighs 1000 pounds and shipping cost is about $166.
I am 85 years old and cannot possibly do this myself. I notified the fraud detection department of my credit card company and requested a refund.

They offer 15% anytime. Why would I buy products like this! Is this leather?
Never seen leather than peels like Wayfair and Andover Mills product does. In my opinion this is a company that does not sell quality products or care.

I was on Facebook marketplace I chose a chaise lounge
Immediately after I selected it it came up as a Wayfair couch for 1999 plus $9.99 shipping I really thought it was Wayfair but that was absolutely too good to be true I had to cancel my card It was a company in China It was d i n g s h a and then my bank didn't have any more information but they ended up taking $30.99 out of me I think you should be aware of what's going on in Facebook now I'm really paranoid to look at anything I know I can't afford Wayfair I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income your furniture items cost more than I make in a month Social Security disability.

Im still waiting on my refund when I talk to them everyone is giving me a different story its very aggravating I have been a loyal customer and have brought items for years now Im pissed this is poor customer service.

Purchased leather recliners chair from Wayfair manufactured by Andover Mills a Wayfair owned company.
The chair is defective with leather separating from backing. It's obvious product is defective but Wayfair refuses to fix or replace.
Wayfair in my opinion is horrible. Customer service pays games pushing blame onto Andover Mills.

Hello there, it was my first time purchasing from Wayfair and, if I'm being honest, I am very disappointed. I paid $250 for a tallboy dresser, only for it to break within three hours of being built.
It has not been overpacked. The dresser cannot withstand even slight pressure, you need to be so dainty with it due to the poor quality wood. It was also delivered to the wrong address and I had to carry the heavy parcel down from the upstairs apartment to my own. This was very frustrating.
It's upsetting to have to wait for something, pay someone to assemble it and then find out it's a complete waste of money. I expect a full refund, considering what I purchased turned out to be very useless and a waste of money.
I don't see myself using your service anymore, I'm very disappointed. I have photos I can show to confirm that it is indeed broken – it is a useless item, not worth the money I spent.

Received damaged product and should be able to call the company at all our times till it gets things started as being a caregiver. A full-time worker is very hard to get anything done.

We bought wicker furniture, which was actually plastic and due to being out in the sun. It became brittle and has all cracked.
Your furniture should last more than three seasons, although customer service agent was very polite.
She also said they was absolutely nothing. Wayfair would do about the situation so I bought furniture and will be throwing it out and buying new furniture, which we are not happy about

Mary's Hospital in Maryland on March 13, 2023, just past 6 am; therefore, she has no ability to repay this debt. In light of the situation, I hope that her balance is forgiven, and no further action is taken. If you need proof of this, you are more than welcome to contact St.

I ordered an oven/stove for my daughter who lives 2000 miles away. The order included removal of the old unit and installation of the new oven.
I paid all the extra fees. It was supposed to be delivered between 10:30 am-4:30 pm on a Friday, so my daughter had to take the day off. Nobody called or showed up until 7:45 pm. Two intimidating men arrived with a van, only to drop off the stove/oven.
They told my daughter to call the help line. She did, but was asked why she needed a plumber. I was infuriated. I could only be on the phone with her during this horrible fiasco.
Now we're trying to get help on Saturday. After holding for 30 minutes, we've been informed that we need to call back because the system is down.

I received an order that had damaged and missing parts. I contacted customer service at least 12 calls about the kink in faucet hose, missing shaft for faucet, missing faucet assembly and parts list, non-magnetic stainless unit and issues with getting a simple return label.
I have been stressed out over communication issues with Wayfairs customer service, lack of attention to detail and poor training.
Please make sure the sink unit is picked up on Monday and do not bother to send me another sink. Refund my order by crediting my Mastercard.
I will never do business with Wayfair again. Ridiculous waste of time.

Today, 6/4/2024, I decided to open one of the two umbrellas I purchased through Wayfair. As I was putting it up, it looked like one light pocket wasn't completely sewn down.
I continued to open the umbrella, and the light poles went straight through the material. I called customer service to inform them about this. They requested that I take pictures of the umbrella and attach them to this document. I haven't checked the yellow umbrella yet.

I ordered a pair of Steady Racks and when I just opened it, I am noticing that there is only one. I ordered these in the fall but had not gotten around to opening the box until yesterday due to not using our bikes over the winter months.
I also received additional items that I had not ordered, as shown in pics. I am hoping that these items can be returned and I can order a pair of MTN bike Steady Racks versus the classic.

I just returned from your store in Wilmette. I went upstairs to the Dream department and had a positive customer service experience there.
The gentleman working in the department helped me select the mattress topper I was looking for. I told him I wanted to walk out of the store with my item he checked inventory and told me what was in stock. I made my selection and tried to pay the system wasn't working upstairs in the Dream department. He asked me to re-enter my info on his hand held computer then go downstairs to purchase.
I went downstairs to the register and purchased the item at the register then waited for my name on the screen to pick up my item. After sometime, I was called over and told my item wasn't in stock. I asked them to refund my account but they weren't able to do so for a long time. No one knew how to use the system and multiple people were called over to help.
The atmosphere was jovial with even some giggles among the employees playing handing my receipt back and forth to each other. At this point, I told them I had been waiting for a while and needed to be refunded and to leave the store and I needed people to be serious and not laugh and finish the transaction. The employee named Dominique S. was rude an inappropriate at this time.
He answered that - no one was laughing they were trying. I purchased the item that I was told I could leave with at 12:11 and wasn't refunded until 12:42pm as evidenced by my receipts. To make matters worse, as I being handed my receipt, an employee came out with the item I had purchased, waited for and then canceled.
In short, wasn't given the product I would have liked to purchase, wasted my time and was treated in a discourteous manner all for an item that actually was in stock. I'm still reeling from it all.
