This is the second time that Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Company, didn't deliver my SCHEDULED delivery... Wasting another entire day waiting, only for a no show, and it being rescheduled for an additional week away.

Which makes no sense, since supposedly it's sitting right down the road in Palatka. I have enjoyed recently switching from purchasing larger orders on Amazon, and instead using Wayfair. However, there is no reliability on pre- scheduled deliveries, making there deliveries... Our time is of great value, so since Amazon deliveries are able to be honored, met and kept,we will return shopping for our more expensive items with Amazon unfortunately.

I Highly recommend using a more reliable delivery service... We enjoyed the quality Wayfair offered.

Poor delivery

1st order was surprised metal cabinet. Supposed to be delivered in next day, but showed up about 4 days late with damaged parts.

The package was obviously dropped on its corner bending several of the cabinet walls. I hammered them out to not have to deal with it.

2nd order is a filing cabinet. Supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Ordered 12/20/25.

Got a message that "order arrives today" on 12/23, then again on 12/24, 12/26 and 12/27.

On 12/31 I called to ask where my order is, and it was lost so they sent another one to be delivered 13. Today is 1/11 and I still have not received it.

Wayfair sells furniture with defective coverings. Furniture manufactured by their company Andiver Mills.

They say Andover Mills will not warranty their furniture but Owner Wayfair does not stand behind its defective furniture.

I'm a 5-foot-2-inch, 95-pound widow. Even though I paid for white glove delivery, my sofa got drop-shipped in my front yard on a Sunday.

It was a miracle that my handyman was in town and able to come and bring it inside before it got ruined by the rain that was coming. I had to pay him $100 for emergency help after I paid Wayfair $100+ for white glove delivery and assembly.

There is a fraudulent phone number when you Google Wayfair customer service, with a wayfair.ie address and an (838) prefix. This is the fraudulent site.

While on with them, my credit card was charged for 3 different charges, which my credit card company caught. The products from the real Wayfair are good, but they must solve the security problem because the fake Wayfair seemed to have access to the real Wayfair accounts.

Major issues with construction and damage

My wardrobe will not assemble and the technician who came to help was also baffled. While he saw no flaw in my assembly he was unable to complete it as I needed and in the process of trying he inadvertently damaged it further.

I have mixed feelings about Wayfair as this was my first purchase, and while I love the wardrobe I bought Wayfair seems to be equivocating on how far they are willing to go to ensure I get my moneys worth. I purchased a wardrobe with two functioning sliding doors and Wayfair seems to think its alright to offer me a discount on the cost and not fixing or replacing it.

Who would this be acceptable to, I wonder?

The gentleman who helped me at customer service was brilliant, he made a heroic effort to sort this problem out, also considering the assembly instructions are Byzantine!

Im not sure if Id buy from Wayfair again, I spent a lot of money and I expect to at least get what I paid for. Wayfair sold me a defective product and they need to make that right.

Wayfair returned my money after deducting shipping cost. Not thrilled about that because the item was snuck in under the 6 size I wanted so it is the fault of Wayfair that I ended up with a 4 tree instead of the 6 I believed I had ordered.
