1st order was surprised metal cabinet. Supposed to be delivered in next day, but showed up about 4 days late with damaged parts.
The package was obviously dropped on its corner bending several of the cabinet walls. I hammered them out to not have to deal with it.
2nd order is a filing cabinet. Supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Ordered 12/20/25.
Got a message that "order arrives today" on 12/23, then again on 12/24, 12/26 and 12/27.
On 12/31 I called to ask where my order is, and it was lost so they sent another one to be delivered 13. Today is 1/11 and I still have not received it.

Don't buy Wayfair furniture. Product quality, customer service is poor.
Wayfair sells furniture with defective coverings. Furniture manufactured by their company Andiver Mills.
They say Andover Mills will not warranty their furniture but Owner Wayfair does not stand behind its defective furniture.

Paid for white glove delivery got drop shipped
I'm a 5-foot-2-inch, 95-pound widow. Even though I paid for white glove delivery, my sofa got drop-shipped in my front yard on a Sunday.
It was a miracle that my handyman was in town and able to come and bring it inside before it got ruined by the rain that was coming. I had to pay him $100 for emergency help after I paid Wayfair $100+ for white glove delivery and assembly.

Problem with none of the phone numbers are working installation
None of the phone numbers for Wayfair are working. All the phone numbers do not actually dial. Why can you not get a phone number that actually dials and connects with a representative from Wayfair?

Wayfair returned my money after deducting shipping cost. Not thrilled about that because the item was snuck in under the 6 size I wanted so it is the fault of Wayfair that I ended up with a 4 tree instead of the 6 I believed I had ordered.

The person I spoke with did the best she could but she was unable to offer much assistance because of company restrictions.
very nice customer service but I am very frustrated with shattered mirror that arrived after many delays. How do I dispose of a larger shattered mirror.
Received no help on that issue. Will not do business with Way Fair again.

Missing part
Call customer service quickly.
Situation has not yet been resolved, the replacement part may be here this weekend
Original part was damaged. Wayfair is now replacing it, but it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Meanwhile, the furniture sits in the middle of the room. They have refunded about 10% for the inconvenience.
Still trying to set up a new appt with Angi to complete the assembly. Open your box ASAP.

I forgot to mention that I ordered a matching table runner from Amazon. Fortunately, the runner is returnable!
I ordered 8 green jute placemats. They were sold in packs of 4, so two packs. They offered open box prices, unreturnable I knew, but I opted for them.
I got 7 green placemats and 1 navy.
My only option from Wayfair was a refund for one (1!)
Non returnable does not mean they can send any sh_t they want, but that's exactly what I got.
So now I have 7 placemats and Wayfair has lost me as a customer.
