Plus, the price of the chairs dropped by $30 in the 15 hrs. Refused to cancel the order.
Offered a free return label for one chair EVEN THOUGH IT HADN'T SHIPPED YET. Offered a $15 credit only.

Im writing this because I would like to inform people about a website that is pretending to be Wayfair.com. However, the website that I clicked on is not .The Wayfair.ie.com is not .

We did this and lost again!
Many irrelevant and incorrect delivery dates. No delivery today, 3/24; ordered for the second time on 3/2.

Hello. I'm trying to contact [PERSON_NAME] corporate office.
I purchased an item yesterday on Wayfair.com using my credit card. I received late last night from my credit card company that my credit card had been compromised; someone used it with an Asian foreign name for $120.00. My credit card company stopped the payment, but now I have to wait for a new card. I did all the right things to log in and log out of Wayfair.
I'm quite certain this happened on Wayfair, since it's the only business I have used my credit card with recently online. And I just tried to find my credit card information on Wayfair under my account, and it is not there. I wanted to delete the information, and then I logged out. I am very disappointed because I use and have used Wayfair many different times to purchase items.
This is the first time that this has happened, but it will also be the last. A few years back this happened to me on Amazon; I had to cancel and get a new card and have proudly never bought on Amazon again. I do not appreciate being hassled with, I can always take my business elsewhere, which is what I will be doing now with Wayfair.
I am just letting you know your security has been compromised.

The call dropped but the advertisement that I saw was not an official Wayfair advertisement the lawnmower that it advertises does not exist and they do not carry that brand. It was a scam by someone other than *** and they informed me to be careful.

I'm very unhappy with the response and lack of help I received from the manager of Customer Service last week. The initial contact with customer service gentleman was very professional and tried to get me some help for a solution to my problem.
Problem: we moved into a new house, and I ordered a Brookhaven end table. I did not unpack the table due to work being done. The table was purchased exactly 1 year and 3 days from the date of my contact. The hardware was not included with my table.
I went first to my hardware store for help but they do not have the items needed. I attempted to contact manufacturer but unable to get an answer via phone. As stated, the gentleman who answered my call for help was very professional and tried very hard to resolve my issue. I offered to pay for hardware if they could order it from the manufacturer.
The manager of the customer service denied my request.
The gentleman that tried to help me was very professional and went to the manager three times. I then asked for a phone number to contact the company but have not received any information requested.

I was treated politely but found it frustrating that I had to await quite a while for another delivery date (more than a week ) I had already had two deliveries but on the first deliivery . i didnt get to the entry bell quick enough...as I am disabled The second time I didnt have a notice in the letterbox just an email saying it had gone to the post office miles away (Which I cant get too) So i called and the customer care said theyd sort it out for June delivery...
What if it had been a birthday present??? It would have been very late...
Its strange because Ive ordered furniture from you with no such issue Think you need to make it clear that you only deliver on certain days of the month..and as for it it going to the post office that wont work for me...so maybe i cant order from you again...

This is the third time I've written without even an acknowledgment that the emails were received. As a long-time customer of [PERSON_NAME], I'm very disappointed with my recent purchases of almost $1,000.
I haven't even put the pieces together yet because I don't need them until the end of the month and only purchased just before Memorial Day because the ad stated lowest holiday price. How deceiving! A few days to a week later, the same furniture was almost $300 cheaper!
Very dishonest of a company we've grown to trust. I suppose those days are gone.

The is the second Wayfair order that the promise delivery date was not met and billing for the two egg chairs was a complete mess.
Now the storage box I ordered with a delivery date of TODAY May 8th again is not being met as the item has not even been shipped yet. Now once again Im not getting the item delivered as promised and have to make new arrangements for assembly.
The only solution from Wayfair is to order an investigation into my order since customer service,( according to your representative) is unable to contact the warehouse to obtain a new delivery date.
If I wasnt afraid of another billing nightmare I would ask for a refund!
Ive only started ordering from Wayfair recently and doubtful I will in the future. I know that this response will go nowhere since money is more important than customer service.

I called and spoke to a Customer Service representative. He was very professional and did his best to help me.
Unfortunately, his boss (Mgr) was not helpful at all. I've not heard back regarding my request for information to the manufacturer so that I can personally resolve the problem.
Problem: Order table one year and 3 days ago at time of call. We moved into a new home and were having work done where the table was to go. I didn't unbox it other than to look at the top and bottom shelf of table.
They were good. Recently the work was finished and I went to pull the table and parts out. All the hardware to the table is missing. Contacted as above, but because I was 3 days past purchase date, my request was turned down.
Lastly, I offered to pay for the missing hardware but no response, then asked for contact information of manufacturer but no response. Personally, I am extremely mad and question [PERSON_NAME]'s "customer service" for any future buys.
It certainly won't be for an expensive item. [PERSON_NAME]

Yes, I'm having an issue with Customer Service Manager for an item I ordered. Did not receive hardware to put piece together.
The manager of Customer Service was absolutely terrible and could care less.
I will not purchase furniture in the future from them. Nor will I recommend them, especially for higher priced furniture.
