Refund for service order

I have not received service refund of 217$ for curtain installation in 2023. Your company claimed that the check was sent on early January of 2024.

But i never received it. Since it was never cashed, please resend the check.

The amount is too small to take it to the court. I called your company for a few times but i never got the refund.

Order 3 different large orders of wood flooring. We are slowly putting it in 4 bedrooms between work and duties of a 200 acre ranch.

In the middle of the pallet we found a box of Brazilian cherry, we ordered Kempas, I called customer service and the first rep said its no longer under warranty to which we said it wasnt a warranty issue??? I asked another rep to send us a shipping label we would send the cherry back and to please send us a box of kempas. She said she would send me 2 emails, escalate this, and I would get an answer. I have not received anything.

I have pictures of my concerns, chat with customer service, and all my advertisement emails from Wayfair on the date I was to get resolution emails, I have nothing regarding this issue.

I want a Risk Manager to call me before I take to social media to expose how ignorant it is that I cannot get something so simple resolved. Also need to know where to send the box of Brazilian Cherry that we didnt order.

The company can make sure that if they give you a specific delivery date or days it should be delivered within that timeline. I want to cancel my order and get a refund immediately.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Wayfair hired Angi List to assemble an expensive garage wall unit. The pro showed up on a Sunday afternoon, worked only two hours and left, Two more hours were needed to finish the assembly.

Angi sent an email a few days later asking me if I still wanted to have them finish the job. I responded yes, but no one ever showed up. The unassembled parts are laying on the garage floor. I requested a resolution from Angi and Wayfair.

Angi never responded and Wayfair said to box up the unit and reurn it at my expense for a refund. The unit weighs 1000 pounds and shipping cost is about $166.

I am 85 years old and cannot possibly do this myself. I notified the fraud detection department of my credit card company and requested a refund.

Unhappy with this purchase due to the fact that all parts are not present and it is impossible to assemble without screws, bolts, and instructions as to how to assemble the bed. It was purchase for my mom as she has arrived from the hospital. This was a bad purchase from Wayfair and contacting customer service is not easy

Recliner chair leather separating from backing. Defective material performance!

Contacted Wayfair and they offered 15% discount of future order.

They offer 15% anytime. Why would I buy products like this! Is this leather?

Never seen leather than peels like Wayfair and Andover Mills product does. In my opinion this is a company that does not sell quality products or care.

I was on Facebook marketplace I chose a chaise lounge

Immediately after I selected it it came up as a Wayfair couch for 1999 plus $9.99 shipping I really thought it was Wayfair but that was absolutely too good to be true I had to cancel my card It was a company in China It was d i n g s h a and then my bank didn't have any more information but they ended up taking $30.99 out of me I think you should be aware of what's going on in Facebook now I'm really paranoid to look at anything I know I can't afford Wayfair I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income your furniture items cost more than I make in a month Social Security disability.

Purchased leather recliners chair from Wayfair manufactured by Andover Mills a Wayfair owned company.

The chair is defective with leather separating from backing. It's obvious product is defective but Wayfair refuses to fix or replace.

Wayfair in my opinion is horrible. Customer service pays games pushing blame onto Andover Mills.

Still waiting for someone from Wayfair to resolve the issue and take accountability for there mistake. I ordered an Island for a service Im finishing up for a client.

All was well until I noticed after the Island was purchased that they had put my billing address as also the delivery address. After seeing this immediately after my purchase I was able to update a change of address to the proper location, received an updated addressed acknowledgment. Next day thinking all is good, I so happened to go through my email and noticed another email after the email confirming my address item needs to be delivered to canceled and was trying to quickly rectified the situation again. I tried looking and writing to customer service to assist with this matter.

No one from Wayfair reached out or back to me with a solution. The 3rd or 4th day since a holiday had passed I tried again and no success. Over the weekend speaking with my wife of the situation, ironically the package was being delivered by my house and my wife had to run outside. Because 1 the item was too heavy for her to pick up as well they continue to ship the package to my house after all of my request and messages to Wayfair about wrong delivery address.

Im very disappointed and my client is too. I just want my money back and dont think I want to use Wayfair for any future purpose anymore.

Its been and still very disturbing going through this and I havent received my refund for $414.00 and change order number #373702****.

Wayfair Return Procedure is WayPoor!

The following review is based on a 10 x 14-foot shed. It's heavy and comes in two boxes.

I am currently on hold with customer service. If they do not conduct the scheduled pickup today, it will be the fifth time I have attempted a pickup. The first two times, the pickup team did not have a pallet jack to place the item on the truck. The third time, they listed as 'unable to pick up'.

I have been home all four times, and on the third time, along with today, no one came to the door to knock to see if I was home. Again, if I have to reschedule again today - like right now - it will be five times, or more, that it took for Wayfair to pick up the return. According to Wayfair, the 'item needs to be returned to them by a certain date' or I do not get a refund for this very expensive item. I have asked to speak to a manager or someone from Wayfair Corporate to ensure the issue is addressed both regarding procedure and the local team they hire, but there has been no phone call, no email, and not even a text.

I will never buy an item from Wayfair no matter how large or small. This review will be posted on various review sites and anywhere else people may review a company before doing business with them.

This is beyond frustrating as I have missed over 4 days of work and had to cancel vacation trips due to their incompetence. Update: Yes, they missed today and it will now be five or more times before pickup.

Item I bought is piece of junk.

I bought a blowdryer stand - to hold the drier so I could use it hands-free. It was advertised as being made of "stainless steel" and having a stable base.

It was flimsey, was made of what looks like poor quality aluminum, the base is undersized, and the part that is supposed to be connected to the base has no screw-in function, so the connection is loose and wobbly. The first time I placed my blowdrier into the holder, it tipped over. I had to prop it against a table to get it to stand up. It's very wobbly, shakes when the drier is on.

I would have returned it, but the shipping cost, plus the wait of 14 business days to get the refund, plus the long walk in freezing weather to get to a FedEx office to dump off the stupid thing made me decide to just throw it away and never use Wayfair again. I don't know where the glowing reviews for this piece of c**p came from - but the whole thing reeks.

Also, one of my friends furnished his whole apartment with Wayfair stuff. 1-1/2 years later his "faux leather" chairs are peeling, his couch cushions have oxidized.

Part broke

Wayfair - Part broke

Opened my bed to put together and the part is broken also can't put together with it like that it was surprise for my son and it is ruined this needs to be fixed immediately no later than Friday the 28 Th of November to make this right I believe you should send someone with the part and have them come put it together for for free

Lift chair issues

My lift chair that I bought a couple months ago stopped moving. I purchased chair after having hip replacement.

Called Friday when it quit working..told by customer service representative,we would be getting a new replacement base, then I got an email stating sending me a new remote. I don't need a remote the one on chair works it whines when trying to use.

I would greatly appreciate if this could be taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you
