Use non slip coverings that go in cabinets. They will quit sliding.

Use them on rugs in homes where I do home health. Where they insist(despite me saying they are a fall risk). I just tac them with thread to bck of rug.

I use thread used for heavy duty. I hope this helps.

We haven’t received our package

It was taking forever to receive my order

When I notified them of my concern for not receiving my order, I got my order rather quickly. The individuals I spoke with were helpful, my only other concern I had was at one point they were unable to say where the order was. So I was concerned at that time if I would obtain the order. It did all work out

Purchased amount

I called Wayfairs Customer service to ask if theirer close outs ever go down in price. Because, I thought $158.99 was a lot for a close out price and she, said, No. The day before, I received it, it went down to $149.99 then today after, I received it, it went down to, $129.99! So I called and they couldnt do anything for me other than give me a coupon of 10% for future purchases, which expires after 30 days! Now Id like to send it back! But Im sure since its a close out, theyll say no. I am PISSED!

I have been trying all evening to contact you all the numbers you provide are not answering no one has helped with this problem.

I had my delivery tonight from you I ordered a rug you sent a bed?the massive box had my name and details of my order on it so I opened it but I did say to the delivery man it should come in a roll not a massive box but he didnt understand when I got it inside I opened it to find another box ?so I would appreciate it if you deliver my rug and take your bed back as it in my hallway taking up lot of room making it difficult to get in and out of the front door.thanks miss Maxine Bernard.

I am not pissed off.. I like the service that was provided. The problem I have is that the warranty purchased expires after an item has been replaced. What happens if the replacement item is defective??? I think your warranty service should be restructured.

User's recommendation: Warranty only covers one-time replacement...beware when buying furniture items.

Inferior product, pictures that are not like the oroduct

Ive ordered garden statuary, flimsy, light doesnt work. Ordered metal headboard that did not look at all like the pictures! The return policy is horrible! Expensive! Will never order from them again!

After removing the cardboard protected corners on one of the mirrors, we found a dent in the metal mirror frame. It is visible at a distance.

Did not get delivery

Placed order for 30x40 mirror. When confirmed on line, was told delivery would be on 10/18. Waited most of the day with no calls or delivery. Decided to call your customer service to check on arrival time. Was told not coming until 10/20. So unacceptable!! As of now, no one is scheduled to be on the delivery site on the 20th. Not allowed to leave deliveries at the door. Trying to get someone for Wednesday. If not, it will be returned to you for a full refund, including delivery charge, and it will be the last time I purchase at Wayfair! I hope it doesnt come to that because I really liked the mirror

Cancel a unshipped item

I email Wayfair to cancel a order that has not shipped or ready to ship and they sent a email saying "Your item has either been shipped, are being prepared to ship or being custom made". "This means we're unable to process your cancellation request". ":If you decide you still don't want to keep your item, you can return the item". What kind of business is this to steal your money when the item has not been shipped yet or unknown when it will ship? I am done with Wayfair.

I don’t know why I am getting this review option?

I had the most pleasant experience with Marcuse in customer service, she was very helpful and thorough answering all my questions. She also volunteered her knowledgeable expertise on how delivery works with Wayfair. I am so appreciative to have had excellent customer service as it is a rarity these days. Thank You
