The light is not turning on as well as the door or tv stand not closing proper. Both light the sides and middle part looks like fire place. All of sudden stoped working. I would like to get as soon as posssible.

After purchasing what seemed to be a brand-new carpet for the living room, the freshly acquired piece turned out to be a poor investment. Its corners which online seemed to be fine, stick out awkwardly, giving the appearance of being disorganized and messy.

Unorganized wrinkles and bends have ruined the whole look of the living room, especially due to it being present everywhere. Online it was expected to be a polished design, but instead it looks like a mess. We have uploaded just a small glimpse of what was present in this carpet.

There is much more wrinkles and unpleasant corners. There is a lot of folds.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

The lamp I purchased has a cracked globe. I contacted Wayfair where I was listened to, asked to send a picture, and told that it would be replaced. All in less than 5 minutes. I wish every company listened to their customers and based each case individually. I love the lamps and a replacement was sent within 3 business days. Now that is customer service. And that is why Wayfair will have me as a customer in the future.

I ordered sheds which the description says METAL HORIZONTAL SHED (set of 2) for close to $400. Only 1 arrived.

When I called customer service I was told yes there were 2 more boxes coming. They said 2 boxes were sent back to Fed-ex as the labels were unclear. I was to call back Tuesday to get them to re-send the order.(this is documented in my file as I made her type it in there for reference when I called back Tuesday. I called back Tuesday and now they tell me its only 1 shed I was to get.

I said description says SET OF 2, email back says SET OF 2. They told me I have to deal

With the supplier now. Ive sent 2 emails and all they say is

We are sorry for what happened.

There is only a item with 2 storage bin of the order

Thats all they say. I called back this morning and the guy said all he could do is send off another email or give me a return.

I already put the shed together as I was told the other one was on its way. So now I have to waste more time taking it apart to send it back. Wayfair should be fixing this as they allow sellers to false advertise. I ordered 2 sheds, I should get 2 sheds or 1/2 my money back as Im not paying $400 for a small shed.

I saved all the screen shots of the product details I ordered that says qty 2, and set of 2.

The supplier has since taken down the set of 2 as they know they screwed up but Ive saved the screen shots.

I was told its 2 boxes, who advertises 2 boxes as SET OF 2???

How is wayfair going to fix it?

Why have so many people told me so many different things?

I am now receiving poor service and my story will be told on social media and will never order from wayfair again especially after this morning conversation where he was very condescending!

Missing part of order

Sent a bench with necessary screws missing. I asked them to either send the missing screws or a new bench. They are waiting 10 to 20 days to just send me the missing screws. since that will take so long, I asked if they would instead just send a new bench with complete screws and I can return the incomplete bench. They refused. Their website says that if I ordered a new bench it could arrive by Feb 24 (in a few days). But they're saying they can't even ship out a new bench or the screws for another 8-9 days. It doesn't make any sense

They keep sending damaged goods. The first door had a huge hole in it. The second had a horrible paint job nevermind a huge scratch on it. They told me they can't help to call the manufacturer which they gave me fake phone numbers to. They are refusing to help me. The video is proof of my opening.

Two of the table tops had scratches. Scratches were determined when the table tops were opened yesterday when the contractor arrives to install them to the pillars on the patio. I had to contractor install the table top as I was not gonna pay an additional charge for him to come back for replacements. I am willing to accept $100 credit on my credit card and keep the dam damaged or scratched tops.

Wayfair return process provides customer with several options. First of all they offer to let you keep the item you want to return and receive a partial refund.

They offered me a <$6.00 refund on a $54.99 item.

If you opt out of that, Wayfair gives you a choice of a prepaid shipping label in the form of an emailed QR code to be scanned by FedEx, or you can get the prepaid FedEx return shipping label by email to print. Nowhere does it mention that many, possibly most, FedEx service centers are unable to read QR codes, and the process of obtaining the necessary shipping label, instead of the useless QR code, is difficult.

Where I live there are no full-service FedEx centers within 25 miles. FedEx ads and listings do NOT indicate the fact that they cannot accept QR packages. Multiple fruitless visits to different FedEx locations finally yielded the information that QR mailing for FedEx was not available in my area.

Each service center I went to directed me to a different FedEx service center, none of which could read QR codes either.

So you chose the QR code mailing system that cannot be scanned in your area. Now the customer must go through Wayfair customer service to request a prepaid FedEx shipping label, sent via email for you to print and apply.

I spent 3 hours trying to get some help from WayFair. Their chat system was not yielding any results. If I understood the Wayfair rep correctly, you must speak with a customer service representative to obtain the necessary mailing label because Wayfair chat agents are not able to provide the return shipping labels.

I finally stumbled on Pissed Consumer and contacted them.

Amazingly, I had a text response from a Wayfair agent almost immediately.

Another 15-20 minutes trying to get it across that all I needed was a prepaid shipping label to return a faucet that didnt fit the sink. Eventually I got my email (within the next 30 minutes) and was able to take it to Parcels Express who printed it and shipped the item.

So you can call this a review of both Wayfair and FedEx, who are clearly not operating with the consumer in mind when it comes to returns.

Preferred solution: No solution. Would love to see them clear up this situation. FedEx employees and owner of Parcels Ex in my town all told me that this situation happens frequently with Wayfair customers.

User's recommendation: Make sure you won’t have to make a return to Wayfair. If you do have to return something, do not choose the QR code option unless you are positive you have a FedEx location that can scan them. And for Wayfair, switch to UPS. Their system works beautifully.

i had ordered the items as a surprise for my son moving to minneapolis. 2 major items have missing defective parts. I mI am a loyal customer but after hearing there is a delay in the shipping of these parts I am very unhappy and do not want to do business with Wayfair I spent over $2000 on this particular order for items to lay scattered.

I purchased 2 bookcases (Order #418347****). Both were delivered on December 20, 2023, and the person from Angi's came to assemble them on December 22 to assemble them.

He assembled one bookcase without problem. But more on that later.

After the holiday, I called Wayfair customer service on 12/29 because there was a piece missing (piece 5), and there was damage to both pieces #6 because, the assembler told me, the holes were drilled wrong and he tried to force the pieces together, which damaged them. Customer service told me I would receive an email asking for pictures of the damage, and that the 3 replacement pieces would be sent immediately.

When I received the email asking me to upload the pics, it didn't work (the upload button didn't take me anywhere). Later that day, I received an email saying the replacement pieces would arrive on 1/10/2024.

On 12/30/2023, I received an email saying the replacement pieces were delayed and would arrive on 1/13/2024.

That was two days ago, and I have not received the pieces.

At this point, I want a refund for all of this mess because:Two shelves on the bookcase that was assembled on 12/22 are visibly bowed after less than a month with books on them. It's not even worth assembling the 2nd bookcase if this is what's going to happen. I have pictures to show all of this but have not been able to upload. Happy to share if that's possible.

These bookcases and this entire experience with Wayfair has been horrible.

I want a refund for both. You're welcome to pick them both up.

I will not accept the delivery, again as it was only ordered bc your service rep guaranteed me the first couch which was beyond late would be cancelled refunded and rerouted to the warehouse (see below ). I cant even begin to describe the nightmare of an experience wayfair has given me but once I am able to I will be sharing my story on media networks which have already accepted my story on fox 25s family and parent segment.

You have charged me for express shipping and two couches neither of which I have even received. I will contact my bank to stop any payment on the below and I will not allow it to be delivered to my address.

If you have to return a big item like a cabinet they put you through a lot of changes to get a refund

if you threw away the Box it came in you have to buy another box before they accept the return and give you a full refund. The box I bought is 40 dollars.

I ordered the cabinet around 10/2. It came damaged. I requested a replacement

I kept getting excuses of a back order of my replacement being shipped No one told me, I had to check the website periodically. When I was told that the cabinet won't be shipped until 12/30 I was done.

What i don't understand is that the advertisement is still saying the you will get your item in 3 days on the website. How about 3 or 4 months?

I have place a order for a full size bed set and i was missing pieces so i reported missing misses just to wait another week and still cant put the bed together because corner brackets (4) and size rails are missing at this point this is inconvenient and waist of my money and bad customer service and I'm over it I need my money back or the correct pieces to my bed set.
