Im writing this because I would like to inform people about a website that is pretending to be Wayfair.com. However, the website that I clicked on is not .The Wayfair.ie.com is not .
So I want you beware of a scam who calls himself Dave Lawson. This person is not who he say he is. The phone number begins with ( 838) . Please dont get scammed by these people.
I hope this truly helps. FYI Wayfair real phone begins with (1-844) Dont give them any information about you.

Ordered a large bed frame, and after six different tracking numbers and delivery dates that came and went, still no bed. Wayfair suggested canceling the order and reordering.
We did this and lost again!
Many irrelevant and incorrect delivery dates. No delivery today, 3/24; ordered for the second time on 3/2.

The cat house that I received today has broken legs. It can't be repaired because you would have to tape them.

Defective parts
Parts 10 and 17 are not connecting. The holes in part 17 are mismatched and can't connect to part 10. I tried resolving the issue, but it is still not resolved.

Assembly part problem
- - The middle drawer won't slide.
- - Replacement sliders for the drawer and cabinet are being sent, and if they don't fix it, call back within 30 days.
I spoke to the customer service rep and described the problem with the middle drawer of the item that I ordered, which did not slide in like the other two drawers did. They are sending me replacement sliders for the drawer and for the inside of the cabinet so that the drawer can slide.
I will have to reinstall them; hopefully, they will work.
They also said that if they do not work, I should call back and that they would take the steps to send us a replacement. They also reminded me that the replacement can be done within 30 days.

Preferred solution: Replacement parts for the drawer slides. If they do not work I will ask for either a refund or a replacement.

Veneer on the new table started peeling and cracking off the side of the table. Unrepairable at this point due to the large cracks.

Hi. My name's Jan, and I did buy I had a gift card, and I had some enough money on it to get the comforter.
It was a white comforter. My other one got it end up getting lost, and it was a white comforter, and it was the real down comforter, the fluffy one, and I ordered a queen-size. And they sent me some kind of real thin, cheaper eight piece bed ensemble that was gray that I didn't I was supposed to get the comforter. So I haven't gotten a refund, and I haven't gotten my comforter yet.
So they just took Wayfair just took my gift card money, and I didn't get anything for it. So, yeah, I'm a little bit aggravated. They haven't contacted me. I let them know that I wanted to order the blanket again because that's where my gift card money went and hadn't heard anything.
I just keep getting these emails basically like this. So my money, you guys stole it from me. I haven't gotten my comforter. And the gray one is not what I ordered.
It's a eight piece cheap material, and it's it's gray. I don't know how they could have gotten gray mixed up with white. And the one I ordered was a nice queen-size comforter down. It had the down feather, and it had and it was a thicker, nice one.
It had the gold edge trim on it. I ordered one previously a few about a year, a year and a half ago, and I got it. It was a full size, I believe, and it and it just disappeared. I can't find it anywhere.
I've looked all in throughout my house.
So, yeah, something needs to either I need to get a refund or I need to get my comforter. Thank you.

This is the second time that Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Company, didn't deliver my SCHEDULED delivery... Wasting another entire day waiting, only for a no show, and it being rescheduled for an additional week away.
Which makes no sense, since supposedly it's sitting right down the road in Palatka. I have enjoyed recently switching from purchasing larger orders on Amazon, and instead using Wayfair. However, there is no reliability on pre- scheduled deliveries, making there deliveries... Our time is of great value, so since Amazon deliveries are able to be honored, met and kept,we will return shopping for our more expensive items with Amazon unfortunately.
I Highly recommend using a more reliable delivery service... We enjoyed the quality Wayfair offered.

Hi. I, bought two two recliners, and they were inexpensive, but they don't recline.
Not at all. So I have two of them. Thought they'd be fine for the den, but even the footrest doesn't come up all the way. It just comes up partway, and the back does not recline at all.
As far as I'm concerned, it was poor advertising, false advertising. So I would like you to come and get these and take them back.

- - Three calls to place the order and get delivery details; payment failed; box arrived 10:30 am and driver brought it inside without a signature.
I made 3 calls trying to get my order placed and delivery date and time for merchandise.Also nobody could help me when using my Bank Card to make the payment! It wasnt going through on the Instructions I was given to use to place my order for my Dresser!
I never received a message from Fed Ex however the box came today at 10:30 am just as I was leaving and I was able to get the Driver to take the heavy box to my Apt I let him bring it in! He never asked me to sign any paperwork!
