I.ordered this and I found out after I called wayfair to see when my purchase will be delivered they said this is fraudulent and no such thing I'm soooo fin I was so excited to buy wat I wanted no I gota dispute with my bank to get my money back I'm soooo pissed off that this was a fraudulent thing

The company can make sure that if they give you a specific delivery date or days it should be delivered within that timeline. I want to cancel my order and get a refund immediately.

Still NO part! This is ridiculous! It took 6 months for this shipping company to deliver and item to him!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I order a kitchen sink, mixer tap and fittings.
The delivery date for the sink continually changed.
They claimed a 48hr delivery but it took 3 months to actually arrive.
They constantly refused to refund me.
They claimed it was a supply issue but never removed the item from in stock to out of stock.
The mixer tap however arrived within 7 days.
However, after the sink arrived and everything installed the trigger on the mixer tap came apart.
I sent photographs, eventually after a further month they replaced the whole mixer tap. This meant I had to purchase special tools to remove the faulty one and install the new one.
Never would I recommend Wayfair (be it UK or international) to anyone.
To add insult to injury, they claimed the delay in delivery of sink was my fault!!!

I found a table on Joss & Main, a Wayfair brand. Before ordering, I called to make sure it was in stock.
In hearing that it was, I opened a Wayfair credit card (backed by Citi) to make the purchase because of the advertised positive terms. Although my credit score is in the 800s, I received just enough credit to buy the table. Okay.. whatever.
I planned to close the card after paying off the table anyway. -- The table was labeled "preparing for shipment" for two weeks. I called twice to inquire. The first time I was told it's "in process".
The second time, I was told there was no number in inventory. The table was, in fact, not in stock yet they deducted the price of the table from my credit limit. I canceled the table and then canceled the card. -- I received notice that there was, indeed, a charge on my canceled card, so I called again.
I was told the item shipped and was basically "SOL". A day later, I received a notice that the shipment was canceled. They're all over the place - and not very nice about it. I'm still very confused about the status of this ridiculous card and the associated shipment.
I hate Wayfair and all its associated brands. Never again.

I want someone from Corporate complaint to give me a call. I have been dealing with some issues that are sitting with no resolution.

I purchased two pergolas to install into my deck.
I hired professionals to install (300) paid.
I paid 649.48 for the items.
The canopies are not the quality I expect from Wayfair. The wind blew one night, and they swung across the pole until one blew off. The other is hanging halfway on the rods. Some rods were found on my deck and in my yard.
They never would stay close since they were installed because the magnet to hold them together was weak and did not hold.
This is not an installation issue but a manufacturing issue. They were correctly installed. It's the quality of the material and the rods that are defective & cheaply made.
Shipping it back is not so simple because I would have to pay someone to take it down. They are drilled into my deck.
I don't have the boxes anymore, so I would not have any way to put it in a box for shipping return.
I submitted pictures and videos (showing them swinging across the pole). The manufacturer wanted to offer me a 20% discount. This would not solve my problem of spending $1000,00 on something broken.
Wayfair has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I was told at one point Wayfair would send someone out to install new ones.
I then received an email saying Wayfair can't do this as promised.
After weeks of attempting to resolve this problem, I was told on the 10th of December, Wayfair will send out two new canopy tops with the rods, magnets, etc. Nothing. I called again today, 12/16; Wayfair has not sent the tops. Waiting on the Manufacturer.
I need a resolution.
I would have preferred the original agreement to have someone come out, remove the old ones, and put up the new ones. This has caused me too much stress and time because I can't get my deck approved by my HOA until this is completed.
The HOA holds on to my $1000.00 deposit until they approve the deck and the pergolas.
This is only 1 problem. I will submit the next one.
Replacement cudhions
I was not pissed I just needed help finding replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture I could not find any that I thought would fit my furniture if you can be of any help I would appreciate it thanks

Unhappy with this purchase due to the fact that all parts are not present and it is impossible to assemble without screws, bolts, and instructions as to how to assemble the bed. It was purchase for my mom as she has arrived from the hospital. This was a bad purchase from Wayfair and contacting customer service is not easy

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They reimbursed the assembly charge
However, that day came and went with no assembly or contact. Customer service pushed me off to Angie's List to investigate what had happened. Wayfair contracts with Angie's and should be accountable. Long story short, Angie's scheduled assembly five more times and missed all five appointments.
Wayfair's customer service was no help at all. One of their sarcastic representatives claimed that there was nothing he could do. I informed him that I was considering returning all the boxes if there was nothing he could do. This rep then replied that I could return the sofa, but warned that I would have to pay a restocking fee.
So, after two whole weeks of not having my sofa assembled because of their contractor's incompetence, I was yet again referred back to Angie's. Eventually, I had to use another service to assemble my sofa. The other service was contacted, they came out the same day and had it assembled in less than two hours.
Now, I have to dispute with Angie's over the assembly fee I had initially paid to Wayfair. I will never use Wayfair again!

I went to your store and good faith like anybody else The salesman put in the wrong order I paid for with $2,000 in cash and the rest is what my bank card change my mind about items and return them except for the chase and failed to pick up the l-shaped sofa I just want my refund so I can move on I will never do business with you all again
pick up driver called was on the wrong side of the building went to meet him and he was gone this is really getting too stressful for me it does not make any sense I'm 75 years old I have no business running around for a simple order it's a beautiful store but your delivery is ridiculous The driver yesterday picked up half of the order on a two box sleeper sofa that was scheduled to be taken today the driver was confused I kept calling him back but he did not answer the phone please resolve this

The water dispenser is not working
My refrigerator was delivered 5/14 and my water dispenser isnt working. I called customer service about this issue and I have got a response about this matter.

I just wrote all this on Wayfair. I had such great service on an item that was not the right size for my granddaughter and didn't have enough parts, and Wayfair is very understanding and helpful. And I will buy from them again.

Verified ReviewerFraudulent tracking number!
Months ago, I ordered the Avalon 6-drawer double dresser from Wayfair and was notified on January 24 that the order was on its way. Order #110493-****52.
They also provided a tracking number: XCSU00158****BO. Whenever I attempted to use this tracking number, it never worked. This leads me to believe it was a fraudulent number from the beginning. It's almost March, and I have received no further update or any other communication.
I've been a customer of Wayfair for a long time and have never had anything like this ever happen. I'm extremely disappointed and would like some sort of information on the status of this order that is legitimate!
Please respond as soon as possible, for this is an immediate concern. Thank you, Susie Duval.

When they start blaming the customer that’s when I wager a war with them. No way would I go through that with any company.
I’d also contact the better business bureau if available in the uk.
