Delivery update

We ordered a king size bed and frame in January from Wayfair. After several weeks they just said the order is lost.

Theyll cancel the order and we should place a new order.

February 25 replaced a new order for the same bed and its hard to believe we do not have our package and weve been promised it for every day for the last week Wayfair customer service reps are very pleasant. They just have no idea of how to track a large package..

Resolved: Problem with none of the phone numbers are working installation

None of the phone numbers for Wayfair are working. All the phone numbers do not actually dial. Why can you not get a phone number that actually dials and connects with a representative from Wayfair?

  • Companies these use for putting items together should show up on time

Preferred solution: Actually someone to show up and put the desk together This is second time installer has not shown up

Poor delivery

  • - Two orders had issues: a metal cabinet arrived late with damaged walls; a filing cabinet order was lost, a replacement sent, not received.

1st order was surprised metal cabinet. Supposed to be delivered in next day, but showed up about 4 days late with damaged parts.

The package was obviously dropped on its corner bending several of the cabinet walls. I hammered them out to not have to deal with it.

2nd order is a filing cabinet. Supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Ordered 12/20/25.

Got a message that "order arrives today" on 12/23, then again on 12/24, 12/26 and 12/27.

On 12/31 I called to ask where my order is, and it was lost so they sent another one to be delivered 13. Today is 1/11 and I still have not received it.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

Highly professional they took care of me with the uppermost care and I really appreciate that because I was so frustrated about my picture frame, but I took care of me

Received wrong sized product.

By contractor, I ordered 10-foot-wide by 7-foot-long curtains to go around Mike's gazebo. They sent the wrong sizes.

They sent 7-foot-wide and 10-foot-long. I have been trying to straighten this out for at least 6 months. I'm disabled and need this product so I can be set out on a deck, but without these sides, I can't due to weather conditions. I don't understand why they just don't take this back and give me what I ordered.

I've been trying to do this for 6 months. Take care of my country, totally disabled, and I would like somebody to do something.

Preferred solution: I would like to send this wrong one back and get the right 110 foot wide by 7 foot long.

Don't buy Wayfair furniture. Product quality, customer service is poor.

Wayfair sells furniture with defective coverings. Furniture manufactured by their company Andiver Mills.

They say Andover Mills will not warranty their furniture but Owner Wayfair does not stand behind its defective furniture.
