I placed my first ever order from Wayfair for a comforter set I needed fairly soon. Order stated delivery date of about 10 days.

I kept watching order status and it just kept saying "Order being prepped for delivery" or something like that. Then a day before the estimated delivery date I get a msg saying order delayed - new delivery date SIX MONTHS OUT! From Feb 24th initial date - changed to JUNE!

For a company of this size there is no reason they can't afford to have a better system in place for tracking their inventory even if coming from multiple vendors. Buyers be aware your delivery date my not be what is quoted at all.
