I PURCHASED A GRILL FROM WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WALMART WEBSITE. NOT---WAYFAIR.

I MADE A MISTAKE AND ORDER THE INCORRECT SIZE AND EMAILED TO CANCEL MY ORDER WITHIN MINUTES. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL BACK STATING THEY SENT THE CANCELLATION THROUGH, BUT I WOULD RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS CANCELLED UNTIL NEXT BUSINESS DAY. I ORDERED LATE ON FRIDAY AND MEMORIAL WEEKEND SO NEXT BUSINESS DAY WOULD BE TUESDAY. NEEDLESS TO SAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON TUESDAY THAT MY ORDER COULD NOT BE CANCELLED.

I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED- TO NO AVAIL. I SENT A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT TO WALMART ALSO. MY MISTAKE THINKING IT WAS WALMART, CANNOT RETURN TO WALMART. BIG BIG HASSLE.

NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THE WAYFAIR FOR ANY PURCHASES AGAIN. VERY EXPENSIVE TO RETURN SINCE IT IS A PORTABLE GRILL.

Anything on the WalMart web site that isn't directly from WalMart states that. Those items also can't be returned to the store.
