After reading the complaints here, along with my own experience, it appears that Wayfair "sells" items that they don't have. As with other consumers, I was told my delivery date (as in actual delivery date, not an estimate) would be "on or before Dec.

5, 2014". When I checked my order on Dec. 5, it said it was at the warehouse. I contacted customer service to find out if I would magically receive my order, and was told the item was on backorder, and my new delivery date would be Dec.

17. I have little to no faith that I will actually ever receive this item. I think Wayfair just puts items on their website that they think they will be able to get, and if they are unable to, they just cancel the order. I don't do business this way, so I will not order from them again.

I will say that I placed an order with them about a year ago and had no issues, but that was before they had TV commercials.

They bit off more than they can chew.
