I made (2) different purchases over the $500.00 amount to qualify for zero interest. WAYFAIR MADE AN Error and split the bill because they shipped them separately. They did this TWICE not just once.

I didn't notice I was being charged interest because I didn't look at my bill. I just divided my purchase price to pay it off before the zero interest ran out and set it up on bill pay to make sure it's paid on time with no issue.

Since I didn't catch THEIR ERROR within the 60 days they are using the loop hole. Sorry Charlie buyer beware and watch EVERYONE LIKE A HAWK. I have paid them more than enough to pay those two purchases in full but made the mistake of buying more from them at ZERO INTEREST and they are applying my payment spreading them out over all the purchases. They refuse to help me in any way.

They have lost a customer that spent over 3,000 dollars with them and will ADVISE EVERYONE DO NOT BUY FROM WAYFAIR.

Preferred solution: credit the interest and FIX WAYFAIR"S ERROR.
