We ordered a couch for my sons room and we were thrilled it would come so quickly before his birthday. We even received an email saying it was shipped but never arrived.
Called customer service who said it wasn't shipped and something happened with the label. Someone was supposed track down my couch and call me but they never did. By this time it's already 2 days after delivery date and I had to call back. Still I idea what is happening and finally yesterday Ireceivedan email it was being re shipped.
If it arrives it will be a week afteritwassupposed to be here.
