WOW!!! Wayfair delivered all the products in timely fashion that I had ordered to redecorate my bedroom except for 1 item, a dresser.
I kept tracking the package online and they kept changing the delivery day. I contacted customer service and they told me it was my responsibility to contact the freight company. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I am the customer, I paid for the product why do I need to call??
I was disgruntled about the service I received, I contacted customer service and they told me that they wouldn't let me talk to a higher supervisior.
They said they would escalate the call up and they would contact me within 48 hours. Great service, I will never purchase from you or recommend you....
