Extremely disappointed with everything:
1. Quality of furniture received (beyond bad!), table top made of something very soft that a touch with your finger will leave a mark, "leather" chairs display forever every speck of any stain (impossible to remove!) and same goes with couch - uncomfortable, easily stained, looks deformed and overall just really bad sectional.
2. Customer Service: several months ago I send a complaint via "Contact Us" link, got auto reply "We are experiencing large volume of emails at the moment" and since then - NOTHING.
3. Left detailed reviews on the web and for one of the items it was removed twice!
I can`t even believe it`s happening, like we are not in US but in rural 3rd world country, where merchant can do whatever...
