I have yet to receive an order from Wayfair that is not broken upon delivery.It is extremely inconvenient to have to work through the exchange/return process on every single order.

The latest breakage was a lamp that I ordered. I requested an exchange and the customer service representative noted that the lamp was out of stock that day and processed a refund instead. The lamp happened to come back in stock within 24hrs and the customer service representative I spoke with would not send me a replacement lamp for the price I previously paid (my original order used a 10% off coupon).

Not only that, but she refused to issue me another 10% off coupon so that I could reorder the item.If Wayfair could actually figure out how to ship the products they sell, it would be a great company.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I liked: Their product.

I didn't like: Customer service, Delivery.
