By far the worst on line shopping experience ever!Purchased a comforter set that they sent me tracking info for 2 weeks ago.

The UPS tracking continues to only show that a label was created but the item never actually shipped. After multiple calls, emails and chat sessions with nothing but out and out lies that it " was shipping out that day", " it shipped yesterday and will be there on Monday" I still have no merchandise.

I asked them this morning to just cancel the order and of couse thats a problem because the item has,shipped...even though it hasnt.Just a horrible company with no scruples.

This person wrote the review because of order processing issue of comforter set from Wayfair. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Wayfair to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

If you have a chance, please immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
