I wrote a review yesterday on their site which was deleted as I am sure this one will be when I reposted because this company is dishonest. Google Wayfair complaints and you will find no shortage.

First of all - they save, without your permission, any credit card you use for a purchase and will try and charge it even if you did not authorize that card for a new purchase. I have taken a screen shot of this and will be forwarding it to my attorney - as I work for a law firm, this is not difficult. Further, I ordered this couch 3 weeks ago, was charged twice for it, never refunded - then refunded once and charged again. Not to mention, the couch was still in transit somewhere with no updates as to delivery.

It should not take a month for delivery of this couch, other vendors offer free shipping, at the same or lesser cost with guaranteed delivery within a week. Oh - and Ashley the rep with whom I have numerous emails, offered me a discount of $50 for my troubles, when I reminded her of this (she asked who had made that promise) and forwarded her the email she sent me, she ignored me for days after.

I had to contact the bank to dispute the charges. I am also pregnant and ordered a new couch for support, as I need it entering the last trimester, instead all I received was a month of grief, incompetence, lies and no couch.
