Wayfair - Never order anything from this company!!

Tried to get a mattress from them took forever to deliver to our original address. We moved and tried to reroute to new address and they could not for the life of them figure this out. We called and talked to everyone and spoke to everyone several times..absolutely no help!! No customer service skills whatsoever. We cancelled the order and got a new matress for cheaper off another site.
