Way fair is a useless website that provides zero quality customer service. None of the mangers even can tell me where my couch is and I have to ask them to find it?

Like what is that I bought from you and I am having to work just to keep updated.

I have been pushed back on my arrival date and they will keep doing this to you. Let this be a warning to anyone way fair will just take your money and make it obstacle course just to find what your buying.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I'm having the same problems with them on a couch I ordered over a month ago ,two different push-back dates and still no couch . last night I talk to them via chat and there is little they can do they said it shipped to the wrong service place or whatever .

I'll never order from them again.

I get tons of email from them flooding my mailbox about sales and this and that but nothing on updating me about the whereabouts of my furniture. Lame.

I know i got the same msg, I eventually had to get my money back due to lack of communication.
