I ordered a rug that was at a very good discount. Really excited that I finally found something that I liked.
And then they just cancelled the order saying that it was mispriced. they offer a 15% off but I already had a 15% off so that was no compensation. I've been reading that they do this constantly and I wonder what their game plan is. Maybe it's some sort of scheme to our you in with one low priced item so you might buy a few more things.
Then they cancel that item and your left paying for the other stuff and probably shipping at the same time. And boy really crappy customer service just a form letter and not addressing the real issue at all.
