Ordered, received delivery date.Delivery date came and went, no call, no show.
Contacted Wayfair customer service and received the standard platitudes about the delivery service. Received email from customer service telling me "they were ON it." A week later, no updates. Sent email to the customer service rep...no response. Called customer service again.
Got another rep who was "going to get the problem solved and so sorry that other rep didn't get back to me." She sent me an email too confirming that they were working the problem and that I would receive an update within 48 hours. 3 days later, no updates.
No response to email.Cancelled payment with my credit card company and reordered same bar furniture from Amazon and saved $300.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1400.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
