Ordered a Blue Rhino Uniflame Charcoal Grill as a gift for my boyfriend, however, the order got cancelled without providing any concrete reason. I thought it's a system issue, then I made another identical order, it got cancelled AGAIN.
Called customer service several times and had all my payment information verified over the phone, they told me that my account has been flagged for fraud protection purpose. The best they could do was nothing but asked me to ship the item to my own place and have my boyfriend to pick up.
Wayfair provide no offer to resolve the dispute, they flag customer for invalid reason. The grill costs more than 200+ and Wayfair doesn't seem to have an interest in resolving the situation at all.
